Özet
Bu tezin ana konusu olan yatırım fonları, bugün Dünya'da giderek yaygınlaşan Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk Yatırımları ve Fonlarıdır. Tezde öncelikle sosyal sorumluluğun ve kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğun teorik çerçevesi çizildikten sonra kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğun finansal piyasalarda yatırım ürünü olarak ortaya çıkışı ülke örnekleri çerçevesinde anlatılmıştır. Ülkemizdeki kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk girişimleri ise tarihsel ve örgütsel çalışmalar kapsamında işlenmiş, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algılaması konusunda yayınlanmış ampirik çalışmalardan örnekler verilmiştir. Ayrıca tezde yatırım fonlarının ülkemizdeki genel durumu resmi veriler ile ortaya konmuştur. Tezin yazılma amacı da olan ülkemizdeki kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk yatırım fonu piyasasının Dünya'da olduğu gibi uygulanabilir alt yapısının olup olmadığı konusu, kısıtlı sayıda da olsa mevcut uygulama örnekleri çerçevesinde incelenmiş ve tartışılmıştır.Gelişmiş ekonomilerde ortalama olarak toplam varlıkların yüzde onluk kısmını oluşturan kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk yatırımlarının Dünyada, kısa ve orta vadede hızlı bir büyüme göstermesi beklenmesi, ülkemiz için de bir gelişme yaratacağını düşündürmektedir. Ancak bu bağlamda söz konusu gelişme için yerli yatırımcıların da hisse senedi piyasası ve fon piyasalarına yatırım yapma alışkanlıklarının geliştirilmesi ve buna yönelik bir kültürün yerleştirilmesi, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk alanında belli standartların ve kurumsal sosyal sorumluluğu değerlendiren bir endeksin oluşturulması gibi etmenler üzerine odaklanılması gerekmektedir.

Investment funds which are the main subject of this thesis, are the Corporate Social Responsibility Investments and Funds which become progressively widespread. In the thesis, after theoretical framework of social responsibility and corporate social responsibility is drawn first, the emergence of corporate social responsibility in financial markets as an investment tool is explained with examples from different countries. As for the corporate social responsibility initiatives in our country, they are dealt within the scope of the corporate social responsibility perception, and examples were provide from published empirical studies. Besides, in the thesis, the general state of investment funds in our country is revealed through official data. The subject of whether or not the corporate social responsibility investment fund market in our country enjoys an applicable infrastructure as is the case in other places, which is also the purpose of this thesis, are examined and discussed within the scope of the existing practice examples, although there are few.The fast short-term and middle-term growing expectations on the corporate social responsibility investments which constitute approximately a ten percent part of total assets in developed economies, give rise to the thought that a similar increase will be experienced in our country. However, within this context, in order for the development in question to happen, the domestic investors habits of investing in stock exchange market and fund markets shall be improved and a culture shall be established, and factors such as determining certain standards in the corporate social responsibility field and creating an index assessing the corporate social responsibility shall be focused on.
