Özet
Çalısmamızda fetal dönem boyunca akciğerin gelisimini, morfolojik yapısınıve lokalizasyonu değerlendirmek için morfometrik bilgiler elde edilmesi amaçlandı.Çalısma, yasları 8-40 gebelik haftası yası arasında değisen, eksternal patolojisive anomalisi olmayan, 239 adet fetus (130 erkek, 109 kız) üzerinde gerçeklestirildi.Fetuslar gestasyonel haftalara, aylara ve trimesterlere göre gruplandırıldı. ?lk olarakfetuslardan genel eksternal parametreler ve toraksa ait morfometrik parametrelerbelirlendi. Bu ölçümlerin ardından toraks diseksiyonu yapılarak akciğer ve akciğerinkomsu yapılarla iliskisi tespit edildi. Daha sonra, fetal akciğer toraks bosluğundadiseke edildi ve akciğere ait ağırlık, hacim ve boyut (yükseklik, genislik ve derinlik)parametreleri tespit edildi.Alınan parametrelerin gestasyonel haftalara, ay ve trimester gruplara göreortalamaları ve standart sapmaları belirlendi. Bütün parametrelerde cinsler arasındafark bulunamadı (p>0,05). Alınan bütün parametreler ile gestasyonel yas arasındaanlamlı iliski vardı (p<0,001). Parametrelerin sağ ve sol taraflar arasıkarsılastırmasında taraflar arasında anlamlı fark olduğu tespit edildi (akciğeryüksekliği hariç) (p<0.05).Çalısmamız boyunca elde edilen verilerin obstetri, perinatoloji, adli tıp vefetopatoloji gibi bilim dallarındaki çalısmalara katkıda bulunacağına ve fetalakciğerin anomali, patoloji ve varyasyonların tanı ve tedavisine yardımcı olacağınainanmaktayız.

The aim of this study was to determine detailed morphometric data to be ableto assess fetal development of the lungs and its morphology and localization in thehuman fetuses during the fetal period.Two hundred and thirty nine lungs (130 male, 109 female) obtained fromhuman fetuses aged between 8-40 weeks of gestation with no external pathology oranomaly was used in this study. Fetuses were grouped based on gestational weeks,months and trimesters. At first, general external measurements and morphometricmeasurements from the thorax were obtained. After that the thorax dissection wasmade and the relationships between lungs and surrounding structures and theirlocalization were determined. Then, the fetal lungs were dissected from the thoraxcavity and the morphometric data on weight, volume and also dimensions (height,width, depth) of lungs were determined.Means and standard deviations of the all parameters with respect to gestationalweek, month and trimester were calculated. No significant differences were observedbetween sexes for any of the parameters (p>0.05). There were significant relationsbetween measured parameters and gestational age (p<0.001). However, there weresignificant differences between measurements taken from the right and the left lungs(except for height of the lungs) (p<0.05).The data acquired during this study will contribute to other studies related withobstetrics, perinatology, forensic medicine and fetopathology. We believe ourfindings will be usefull identifying anomalies, pathologies and variations of the fetallungs and also treatment of such cases.
