Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, keman öğrencilerinin vibrato becerilerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik egzersizler hazırlamak ve bu egzersizler kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen deneysel uygulama öncesi ve sonrası farkları ortaya koyup, bu egzersizlerin öğrencilerin vibrato becerileri üstünde ne gibi değişikliklere yol açtığını saptamaktır.Araştırmanın evrenini GÜGEF Müzik Öğretmenliği Bilim Dalı keman öğrencileri, örneklemini ise 2009-2010 öğretim yılında Lisans 2. ve Lisans 3. sınıftan N=20 keman öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır.Bu araştırmada hem betimsel hem de deneysel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Buna göre, nicel ve nitel veriler ayrı ayrı toplanmış, analiz edilmiş ve elde edilen veriler sonuçta bir araya getirilmiştir.?Araştırmanın betimsel boyutunda araştırma için belirlenen konunun temellendirilmesi ve yönlendirilmesi için literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca keman öğrencilerinin vibrato ile ilgili görüşlerini almak ve vibratoya yönelik olarak yaşadıkları sıkıntıları tespit etmek amacıyla bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anket sonucunda vibrato eğitiminde karşılaşılan sorunlara yönelik görüşler saptanarak, keman eğitiminde vibrato ve vibrato öğretiminin eksiklikleri belirlenmiştir. Hem literatür taraması hem de anket sonuçlarından elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda araştırmanın deneysel boyutunda kullanılacak olan vibrato egzersizlerinin hazırlanması için bir alt yapı oluşturulmuştur.Araştırmanın deneysel boyutunda ise, ön test son test kontrol gruplu desen kullanılmıştır. Vibrato egzersizleri kullanılarak uygulanan sekiz haftalık deneysel işlem sürecinden sonra ön test son test farklılıkları karşılaştırılmıştır. Modele ilişkin olarak, veriler eşleştirilmiş örneklem t-testi ve bağımsız örneklem t- testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. İstatistiksel işlemlerin yapılabilmesi için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen vibrato değerlendirme ölçeği kullanılarak sayısal veriler elde edilmiştir.Araştırmada ayrıca deneysel işlemin etkililiğini ortaya koymak amacıyla vibrato ile ilgili bilgisayar ölçümleri de yapılmıştır. Deney grubu öğrencilerine ait vibratoların ses analizleri yapılarak vibrato sıklığı ve vibrato genliği ölçülmüş ve ön test-son test arasındaki farklar ortaya koyulmuştur.Sonuçlar, vibratonun kemanda önemli bir unsur olduğunu ve öğretilebilir bir beceri olarak görüldüğünü; ancak vibrato öğretimine yönelik uygulamaların yetersiz olduğunu, bu beceriyi geliştirmede öğrencilerin kendi çabalarının ağır bastığını, bu beceriyi geliştirmede sıkıntı yaşandığını, vibratoyu geliştirmeye yönelik herhangi bir egzersiz ya da metot kullanılmadığını ve Türkiye' de bu konuyla ilgili önemli ölçüde eksiklik olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca deneysel boyuttan elde edilen sonuçlar, vibratoya yönelik egzersizler uygulandıktan sonra, öğrencilerin vibrato ile ilgili davranışlarında deneysel işlem öncesine göre olumlu yönde önemli farklılıklar oluştuğunu ve vibrato sıklığının ve vibrato genliğinin ön teste göre son testte yine olumlu yönde önemli farklılıklar gösterdiğini ortaya koymaktadır.

The aim of this study is to prepare the excersises about developing the violin students' vibrato skills, to introduce the differences experimental application is accomplished by using this exercises before the practice and after the practice and to find what kind of changes on the students' vibrato skills these exercises cause.In this study, both descriptive and experimental method were used. In this way, the quantitive and qualitative data were gathered separately, analyzed and as a result, the data gathered were put together.The focus of the study has formed the violin students at the branch of GÜGEF Music Teaching while its sample has formed N=20 violin students at the undergraduate second and third class.With the aim of researching the descriptive side of the study, literature was scanned in order to establish and to direct the subject. Besides, a survey was conducted with the aim of learning the students' opinions about vibrato and determining their problems concerning with vibrato. According to the results of the survey, the views about the problems at the vibrato training were determined, and vibrato at the violin training and the deficiences of vibrato teaching were indicated. In the light of the knowledge which was obtained during the literature scanning and the results of the survey, a background was established to prepare vibrato exercises which were going to be used in the experimental side of the study.In the experimental side of the study, the pattern with the pre test the post test control group was used. After an eight-week experimental period which was conducted by using vibrato exercises, pre-test and post test differences were compared. According to that model, data were analyzed using t-tests for paired samples and t-tests for independent samples. The numerical data were obeyed by using the vibrato evaluating scale which was prepared by the researcher so as to perform the statistical transactions.In addition, in the study, the computer measurements were performed with the aim of introducing the effectiveness of the experimental transaction. Vibratos' sound analyses belonging to the students in the experiment group were performed, vibrato frequency and vibrato wideness were measured, and the differences betwen the pre test and the post test were introduced.The results indicate that vibrato is an important factor and it is seen as a teachable skill; but, the applications about vibrato teaching are inadequate, the students make efforts to develop this skill on their own, they have problems in developing this skill, any exercises or any methods are not used to develop this skill and there is a deficiency of knowledge about this subject. In addition, the results which were obtained during the experimental side show that the students have more positive differences than they used to and vibrato frequency and vibrato wideness have more positive and more important differences during the post test than the pre test after the exercises about vibrato were performed.
