Özet

Kayseri de güreş yapan güreşçiler üzerinde uygulanan bu çalışmada, günümüz güreş müsabakalarında uygulanan hızlı kilo verme (dehidrasyon) metotlarının gelişim çağındaki güreşçilerin performanslarına ne derecede etki yapacağı araştırılmıştır.Bu çalışmaya Kayseri'de güreş yapan minik ve yıldız güreşçiler arasından (11?16 yaş aralığında) 66 erkek güreşçi dâhil edildi.Araştırmaya katılan güreşçilerin boy ölçümü alındıktan sonra 1.ölçüm öncesi kilo tartımı yapılıp performans testleri (durarak uzun atlama, dikey sıçrama, pençe kuvveti, ses ve ışığa reaksiyon) uygulandı. Daha sonra sporcuların sıvı alımları kısıtlanarak, antrenman yoluyla ortalama % 4 oranında kilo kaybettirildikten sonra sporcular bir saat dinlendirildi ve 1. ölçümde uygulanan aynı testlerle 2. ölçüm uygulandı. Daha sonra sporcular 16 saatlik dinlendirildikten sonra aynı performans testleri uygulanarak 3. ölçüm gerçekleştirildi.Dikey sıçrama, pençe kuvveti ve reaksiyon testlerinde ilk ölçüme göre ikinci ölçümdeki performanslarındaki % düşüş oranları, dikey sıçrama % 11,6, sol el pençe kuvveti % 14,50, sağ el pençe kuvveti % 13,55 olarak bulundu. 16 saatlik dinlenme süreleri bitiminde uygulanan 3. ölçümler sonucu performanslarındaki % düşüş oranları, dikey sıçrama % 5,46, sol el pençe kuvveti % 5,61, sağ el pençe kuvveti % 3,66 olarak bulundu.Sunulan çalışmada, görsel uyaran reaksiyon testinin; 1. ölçüm ortalaması 232,12±33,09, 2. ölçüm ortalaması 276,39± 39,66 ve 3. ölçüm ortalaması 257,27± 30,94 olarak bulunmuştur. İşitsel uyaran reaksiyon testinin ise; 1. ölçüm ortalaması 208,16 ± 36,66, 2. ölçüm ortalaması 285,81± 55,45 ve 3. ölçüm ortalaması 247,95± 46,17 olarak tespit edilmiştir.Elde edilen telafi yüzdelerine bakıldığında akut kilo kaybının güreşçilerin performanslarını olumsuz yönde etkilediği ve bu etkinin 2. ölçümden 3. ölçüme azalarak devam ettiği tespit edilmiştir.Sonuç olarak, akut kilo kaybetmenin performansa olumsuz etkisi nedeniyle akut kilo kaybının tavsiye edilemeyeceği, kilo düşmesi gereken sporcuların öncelikle vücut yağ yüzdesinin bilinmesi gerekir ve ideal kiloya müsabaka sezonundan önce iyi bir antrenman ve diyet programı uygulanarak ulaşılması gerekir.

In this study carried on the wrestlers who wrestle in Kayseri, how much the methods of rapid weight loss that are practised in today?s wrestling competitions affect the performance of the wrestlers at the growth age has been investigated.Sixty six volunteer boys among the wrestlers who wrestle in little and star categories in Kayseri (between 11 -16 age) have been included into this study .After doing measurements of length of the wrestlers participated in the research, performance tests(such as longjump, perpendicular leaping, power of paw, reaction to sound and light)were done by scaling weight before the first measurement. After that, the sportsmen were rested after they were lost weight on the average % 4 rate by limiting their consuming liquid things and the second measurement was applied with the same tests practised in the first measurement. Then the third measurement was realized after the sportsmen were rested.In perpendicular leaping, , power of paw and reaction tests, compared to the first measurement in the second measurement percent rates decreave in the performances were found out as ;perpendicular leaping %11,6, , power of left hand paw %14,50,power of right hand paw %13,55. percent decreave rates in the performances done at the end of resting for 16 hours were found out as; perpendicular leaping %5,46,,power of left hand paw % 5,61,power of right hand paw %3,66.Time of reaction to visual stimulants in the presented study, first average measurement of visual stimulantreactiontest has been foundout as 232,12±33,09 second 276,39± 39,66, and third 257,27± 30,94. Time of reaction to aural stimulants in the presented study, first average measurement has been foundout as 208,16 ± 36,66, second 285,81± 55,45, and third 247,95± 46,17.Considering gotten compensation percentages, it has been concluded that acute weight loss affect the performances of the wrestlers badly and this effect continue from the second measurement to the third measurement decreasingly .As a result, acute weight loss can not be advised because of its bad effect on the performance ,body fat percentages of the sportsmen that must lose weight have to be known firstly and it must be reached to the ideal weight by doing a good training and a diet program before competition season.
