Özet

Hegel düşüncesinin ortaya çıktığı dönemden bu yana felsefi ve teolojik arenadaki etkisi herhalde inkâr edilemez. Burada Ruh'un Fenomenolojisi'nden hareket ederek eserin belkemiğini oluşturduğunu düşündüğümüz dâhili bir şema ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılacaktır. Buna göre, tüm muğlâklığının ve çetrefilliğinin ardında Ruh'un Fenomenolojisi istikrarlı bir şekilde tatbik edilen ve eserin her bir bahsine zerk edilmiş olan bir şema üzerine bina edilmiştir. Bu şema her ne kadar Teslis akidesine tekabül eder görünse de, bu benzerlik sadece formeldir. Muhtevası irdelendiğinde, Teslis akidesinin her bir aşamasına tekabül edecek şekilde karşımıza Descartes, Kant ve Hegel benlik-şuuru nazariyeleri, ya da cogito, apperzeption ve geist ortaya çıkar. Dolayısıyla da, Ruh'un Fenomenolojisi'nin itici gücü olarak bir üçlü benlik-şuuru şeması ile karşı karşıyayız. Ruh'un Fenomenolojisi'nin Hegel düşüncesindeki yeri düşünülürse, bu teşhis şayet isabetli ise Hegel düşüncesi noktasından önemli sonuçlar doğurmaktadır. Benzer ölçüde, Hegel'in kendisinden sonrası üzerindeki etkisi hesaba katıldığında, Hegel'den beslenerek ya da Hegel'e karşı mevzilenerek ortaya çıkan düşünce akımlarının temelinde yatan saikleri de açıklama gücüne sahip olabilir.

Almost indisputable is the impact Hegelian thought has had on philosophical and theological discussions since its inception. By scrutinizing a few selected chapters, the dissertation at hand will seek to delve into the Phenomenology of Spirit and venture behind the scenes of its verbiage to make explicit the content of an internal structure that dictates each chapter, and effectively the entire book and to show that in spite of its conspicuously bewildering obscurity, the Phenomenology is governed by a repeatedly and consistently applied structure or a schema that is coherent in its own right. Compliant with this aim, it will look to probe the text of the Phenomenology with an eye of exposing this schema and assessing its consequences in terms of both Hegelian and, to a certain degree, post-Hegelian thought. Although the triplicate schema somewhat furtively kneaded into each chapter may irresistibly pass itself of as an equivalent of the Christian doctrine of Trinity, I will argue that this correspondence is merely formal. A more inquisitive look reveals that the content of each successive phase is provided by the Cartesian, Kantian and Hegelian theories of self-consciousness or cogito, apperception and geist, respectively. Thus, as the governing force of each and every chapter in the Phenomenology, we have in front of us a `triplicate schema of self-consciousness?. Considering how integral a prolegomena the Phenomenology is for the Science of Logic, if accurate, this diagnosis may have important implications not only for Hegelian thought itself but also, in equal measure if not more, for the realm of philosophy both pre and post-Hegel.
