Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı iş stresinin gazeteciler üzerindeki etkisini ve gazetecilerin örgütsel stres kaynaklarının neler olduğunu ortaya çıkarmaktır.Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Bu çalışmada veriler anket ve kaynak tarama ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada, gazetecilerin demografik, sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel değişkenlerini ve iş stresini belirlemek amacıyla anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Balıkesir il merkezindeki yerel basında 2012 yılında görev yapmakta olan gazeteciler oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmada tesadüfi örneklem yoluyla belirlenen 35 gazeteciye anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler SSPS programı ile analiz edilmiştir.

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of the work stress on the journalists and what the organizational stress sources of them are. The study was carried out through the screening model. The data was collected through survey and literature review. The study used the survey form to establish the demographic, socio-economic and cultural variables of the journalists and the work stress. The scope of the study consists of the journalists working for the local press in the province of central Balıkesir, in 2012. The survey was conducted on the thirty five journalists determined through random sampling method. The data obtained at the end of the study was analyzed through SSPS program.
