Özet

- y;5 - ÖZET Kolles kırığının komplikasyonlarını gidermek amacı ile iki ayrı gruba uygulanan fizik tedavi ve rehabilitas yon programında kuru ve nemli sıcaklık ajanları karşılaştırılarak, hangisinin daha etkili olduğu araştırılan bu çalışmada; 1. Hidroterapi, masaj ve egzersiz programı uygulanan hasta grubunda daj İR, masaj "ve egzersiz programı uygulanan diğer hasta grubunda da, 4 hafta sonra yapılan goniometrik ölçümlerin sonucunda el bileğinin bütün hareketlerinde görülen kısıtlılıklarda önemli azalma olduğu saptanmıştır. 2. Yine her 2 gruptaki hastaların 2 ve 4 hafta sonra ödemlerinde önemli ölçüde azalma görülmüştür. 3. Hidroterapinin uygulandığı grupta 4 hafta sonra elde edilen hareket kısıtlılığındaki azalma ile IRfun uygulandığı grupta -4 hafta elde edilen hareket kısıtlılığındaki azalma karşılaştırıldığında aralarında önemli fark bulunmamıştır. 4. iki ye dört hafta sonra görülen ödem miktarlarındaki azalma İR ve hidroterapi grubunda karşılaştırıldığın da ağrılarında önemli fark bulunmamıştır.. 5. Bu ölçümler sonucunda, kolles kırığının komplikasyonlarını gidermede fizik tedavi ajanlarından İR ve hidroterapi arasında belirgin bir fark bulunmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

SUMMARY T© investigate more effective method in the treatment of complications of Colles fractures,“by applying dry and wet heath agents in the physical therapy and rehabilitati on were compared in two separate group of pations, in this study are as follows : 1» In one group of the patient in whom hydrotherapy, massage and exercise programme was applied and in the ot her group that enfrared, massage and exercise programme was applied; according to the goniometric measurements, a considerable ”decrease in the limitations of all the move ments of the wrist was., seen* 2* Moreover, after two and four weeks, substantial amount of decrease in edema was seen in both patient groups* 3* Comparing the amount of limitations of the move ments after four weeks, no significant difference was seen in both groups* 4* The difference between the amount of decrease of edema after two and four weeks was insignificant in both enfrared and hydrotherapy groups* 5* In result of these measurements, it is concluded that there is not a significant difference in the treat ment of the complications of Colles fracture by the physi cal therapy agents enfrared and hydrotherapy*
