Özet
Endoperoksit 124 ün Ph3P ve ısıyla tepkimelerinden sırayla ilgili monoepoksit ve bisepoksit bileşikleri elde edildi. Bu bileşiklerin NaN3, H+/MeOH, m-CPBA; Ac2O, NMO/OsO4 ve katalitik H2 gibi reaktiflerle tepkimelerinden, on iki tane homokonduritol, homoaminokonduritol ve türevleri sentezlendi. Bunlardan 4 tanesi (145, 146, 158 and 159) aşağıdadır. 2014, 148 sayfa

From reactions of endoperoxide 124 with Ph3P and heat, the corresponding momoepoxide and bisepoxide, respectively. . Twelve homoconduritol, homoaminoconduritol and their derivatives were synthesized from the reactions of these compounds with reagents such as NaN3, H+/MeOH, m-CPBA; Ac2O, NMO/OsO4 and catalytic H2.
