Özet
acil servise başvuran ayaktan takip edilen ve acil gözleme yatırılarak takip edilen hastaların memnuniyet düzeylerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada hasta memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörler arasında en çok acil servisteki bekleme süresinin uzunluğu, doktor ve hemşirenin davranışı, yapılan tetkik ve tedaviler konusunda bilgilendirilme durumu, hastanenin sahip olduğu teknik donanım ve ekipman gibi faktörlerin ön planda olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan istatiksel değerlendirme sonucunda ayaktan ve yatan hasta grupları arasında memnuniyet düzeyleri bakımından anlamlı fark tespit edilemedi.

the satisfaction of the patients applied the emergency service out-patient and in-patient were investigated in this study and some of the most effective factors were the prolongation time of waiting in the emergency service, the attitudes of the doctors and the nurses, the information given about the treatment and the tests done, and the equipments and the technical situation of the hospital. As in the statistical analysis, there was no significant difference between the satisfaction of in-patient and out-patient group.
