Özet
Araştırmamızda İleostomi ve Kolostomi ameliyatı geçiren hastalarda depresyon anksiyete ve cinsel işlev bozukluk düzeyleri saptanmış ve elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmaya, İleostomi ve Kolostomi ameliyatı geçiren 50 hasta ile örneklem grubu oluşturulmuştur. Katılımcılardan çalışmaya katılmaya gönüllü olanlara Bilgilendirilmiş Onam formu, Sosyo Demografik Veri Formu, Beck Depresyon Ölçeği, Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği, Yaşam Kalitesi Formu, Arizona Cinsel Yaşantılar Ölçegi, Golombok-Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçegi, Beden Algısı Ölçegi-Vücut Kişi İlişkisi Testi uygulanmış ve ayrıca 50 kişilik sağlıklı kontrol grubuna da yukarıdaki testler uygulanarak bu iki grubun karşılaştırılması sağlanmıştır. Araştırmaya katılanların sonuçları incelendiğinde hasta grubunun %84'ünün, kontrol grubunun ise %76'sının cinsel işlev bozukluğu olduğu, hasta grubun %94'ünde, kontrol grubunun ise %72'sinde orta düzey anksiyete belirtisi olduğu, hasta grubunun %48'i, kontrol grubunun %36'sının depresif belirtiler gösterdiği, hasta grubun %32'sinde, kontrol grubun %30'unda seyrek sıklıkta cinsel ilişkide bulundukları, hasta grubun %16'sının, kontrol grubunun %34'ünün özsaygısının düşük olduğu, hasta grubunun %82'si fiziksel sağlık durumlarının kötü olduğunu, kontrol grubunun ise %28'inin fiziksel sağlığının kötü olduğunu, hasta grubunda bulunanların %80'i, kontrol grubunda bulunanların %48'i ruhsal sağlığının kötü olduğu gözlenmiştir.

In our research, Ileostomy and Colostomy patients who have had surgery, depression, anxiety symptoms, and sexual function levels were examined and the data obtained were evaluated statistically. In the study, 50 patients undergoing surgery with Colostomy and Ileostomy of the sample group was established. Those participants who volunteered to participate in the study were assessed with self-report measurement instruments Informed consent form, socio-demographic data form, Beck depression inventory, Beck anxiety Scale, the form of quality of life, Arizona sexual experiences scale, the Golombok-rust sexual satisfaction Scale, and Body image scale has been applied to healthy control group and patient group both of which consisted of 50 participants each. Based on the data collected from the participants through the instruments, the comparison of the scores of these two groups was provided. When the scales are examined in terms of respondents, the results of the study indicated that the 84% of the patient group and 76% of the control group reported as having sexual dysfunctions. 72% of the control group and 48% of patients of the control group indicated mid-level of anxiety symptoms and 36% is indicated depressive symptoms. 32% of the control group and 30% reported as having rare sexual intercourse with their partners. 16% of the patient group and 34% of the control group reported as having low self-esteem 82% of patient group and 28% of the control group reported as having poor physical health conditions. 80% of the patient group and 48% of the control group indicated as having poor mental health conditions.
