Özet
105 ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı, devlet liselerinde görev yapan stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki problemlerini belirlemektir. Araştırma; Adana, Ankara, Ardahan, Batman, Çankırı, Gaziantep, Isparta, Kahramanmaraş, Karabük, Karaman, Kocaeli, Nevşehir, Samsun, Trabzon, Van ve Zonguldak illerinde çalışan 38 stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmeninin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan deneklere 41 sorudan oluşan anketin uygulanmasıyla gerekli veriler elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye geneli devlet liselerinde 1995-1996 öğretim yılında çalışmakta olan stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Anket formunda dört bölüm bulunmaktadır. Bu bölümlerde stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin sorunları şu başlıklar altında toplanmıştır: 1- Stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin öğrencilerle ilgili sorunları, 2- Stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin velilerle ilgili sorunları, 3- Stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yöneticilerle ilgili sorunları,106 4- Stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin rehber öğretmen ve diğer öğretmen arkadaşlarıyla ilgili sorunları. Elde edilen veriler frekans, yüzde dağılımı, aritmetik ortalama,“t”testi ile istatistiksel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda stajyer beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin bağımsız olarak derse girme oranının düşük olduğu, ders planı hazırlarken güçlük çektikleri, öğrencileri tarafından sunulan eleştirileri önemsemedikleri, öğrenme güçlüklerine çözüm getirmede başarılı olamadıkları, öğrenci velilerinden gelen eleştirilerle ilgili problemlerinin olduğu, okul yöneticilerinin gereğinden fazla sorumluluk yükledikleri, kurul toplantılarında, eğitici kol faaliyetlerinde görüşlerine önem verilmediği, rehber öğretmenlerin yeterince yardımcı olmadıkları tesbit edilmiştir.

107 SUMMARY The aim of this search is to determine the problems of Apprentice Physical Education Teachers who are working in state high schools. The search is directed to 38 Apprentice Physical Education Teachers who are working in Adana, Ankara, Ardahan, Batman, Çankırı, Gaziantep, İsparta, Kahramanmaraş, Karabük, Karaman, Kocaeli, Nevşehir, Samsun, Trabzon, Van ve Zonguldak. A survey including 41 questions is directed to the teachers in order to get the necessary datum. The universe of this search is the Apprentice Physical Education Teachers who are working in state high schools of Türkiye in 1995- 1996 Education year. There are four parts in survey form. In each parts the questions of Apprentice Physical Education Teachers are under these headlines: 1- The problems of Apprentice Physical Education Teachers with students, 2- Apprentice Physical Education Teachers with parents, 3- Apprentice Physical Education Teachers with managers, 4- Apprentice Physical Education Teachers with guide teacher and the other teachers.108 The datums are analisied staticully by using frequency distribution, percent distrubution, arithmetic average, and“t”test. As a result of this search it was found that Apprentice Physical Education Teachers are in diffuculty with having independent courses and while preparing lesson plan, don't take care of the criticism of the students, aren't succesfull by solving learning difuculties, problems with the cricitism comes from parents, too much responsibilities given by the school managers, the opinions of Apprentice Physical Education Teachers aren't important in the edicational branch activities and the guide teachers aren't helpfull to them.
