Özet
Osmanlı Devleti, başlangıçta Pençik sonra Devşirme Kanunları ile kazanılan bireyleri öncelikle Türk ailelerinin yanlarına vererek Osmanlı değerlerinin acemi oğlanlarca benimsenmesini sağlamış sonra ise bunlar içerisinden zeki ve gösterişli olanlarını belirli kurallar çerçevesinde Enderun'a alıp tamamen ehliyet ve liyakat esasına göre yetiştirerek devletin önemli kademelerinde görevler vermiştir. Burada devletin bürokrat ve idari eleman ihtiyacını karşılamak ve saray işlerinin görülmesini sağlamak disiplinli, kabiliyetli, kültürlü, soya dayalı değil ehliyete dayalı bir elit kesim oluşturmak için Enderun Mektebi Odaları tahsis edilmiştir. Böylelikle Osmanlı Devleti merkezi ve taşra otoritesini güçlendirmekle kalmayıp fethettikleri yerlerde kendisine karşı ayaklanmayı engellediği gibi oralarda insanların sevgisine mazhar olmuş, devletine sadık bir millet yetiştirmiştir. Enderun Mektebi'nde yetişen oğlanlar, devletin her kademesinde görev almışlardır. Bu oğlanlar sayesinde Osmanlı, hem merkezi otoritesini güçlü kılmış hem de taşra teşkilatını idare etmiştir. Biz de“Osmanlı Saray Mektebi Enderun'da Odaları”tezimizin konusu olarak tercih etmekle Osmanlı Devleti'nin başarısındaki Enderun'un rolünü anlamaya çalıştık. Bu alanda yazılan kitap, dergi, makale ve tezlerden faydalanarak tezimizi hazırlamaya çalıştık.

The Ottoman Empire had given the Ottoman values to the adoption of the novice boys by giving to the Turkish families firstly the individuals won by the enactment laws of the penchiks later and they gave the intelligent and ostentatious ones to the Enderun on the basis of certain rules and gave them tasks in important stages of the state. Here, the Enderun Mektebi Chambers were assigned to create an elite section based on disciplined, capable, culturally, not soya-based law enforcement to meet the needs of the state's bureaucrats and administrative staff and to ensure that the palace affairs are seen.Thus, the Ottoman Empire not only strengthened the central and provincial authority, but also prevented the uprising against itself in the places where it was conquered and raised a nation loyal to the state. The boys who grew up in the Enderun School were employed at every level of the state. By this person, the Ottomans ruled both the central authority and the provincial organization. We have tried to understand the role of Enderun in the success of the Ottoman State by choosing“Ottoman Saray Mektebi Enderun'dan Odaları”as the subject of our thesis. We tried to prepare the thesis by taking advantage of books, magazines, articles and theses written in this field.
