Özet

Öğretmenlik, adayların gelişim süreleri boyunca çeşitli zorluklarla karşılaşacağı dünyadaki en hassas mesleklerden biridir. Bu nedenle öğretim, bilgiyi öğrencilere sunmanın ötesinde, okul, öğrenciler ve anne-babalarla iletişim kurmak, öğretim stratejileri hazırlamak ve oluşturmakla kalmayıp sınıf ortamını eğitimin amacına uygun olarak yönetmekten de öteye geçmektedir. Bu araştırmada yapılan alanyazın incelemesi, öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutum, öğretmenin temel görevlerinin yerine getirilmesinin yanı sıra; sınıf yönetimi, öğrenci yönetimi ve öğretim stratejileri gibi bir öğretmende bakılacak kritik yetenekleri de içermektedir. Bu çalışmada, 182 formasyon eğitimi gören öğretmen adayından veri toplanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın ana amacı, öğretmen adaylarının mesleklerine yönelik tutumları ile öğretmen öz-yeterlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Sonuçlar, aday öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumları ile öğretmen öz-yeterlik ölçeği üç boyutu arasında orta derecede anlamlı pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Diğer taraftan sonuçlar, öğretmenlik mesleğinde tutum ve verimlilik açısından öğrencilerin cinsiyet ve eğitim düzeyleri açısından anlamlı bir fark olmadığını göstermektedir.

Teaching is one of the most sensitive professions in the world where candidates will face various challenges throughout their development. For this reason, besides providing the information to the students, communicating with the school, the students and the parents is not only preparing and preparing the teaching strategies but also managing the class environment appropriately for the purpose of the education. The examination of the literature in this research, the attitude towards the teaching profession, the fulfillment of the basic tasks of the teacher, classroom management, student engagement, and teaching strategies. In this study, data were gathered from 182 teacher formation pre-service teachers. The main purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between the attitudes of pre-service teachers to their profession and the level of teacher self-efficacy. The results show that there is a moderately positive positive relationship between the attitudes of the pre-service teachers towards the teaching profession and the three dimensions of the teacher self-efficacy scale. On the other hand, the results show that there is no statistically meaningful difference in terms of gender and educational level of pre-service teachers in terms of attitude and efficiency in teaching profession.
