Özet
Geçtiğimiz on yılda, bütün millerde girişimcilik büyük önem kazandı. Özellikle küreselleşen ekonomi ve çeşitli alanlarda gelişen teknoloji, girişimcilerin devrimsel işler kurmasına zemin hazırladı. Bundan ötürü, hem akademi hem de sektör profesyonellerinin araştırma ilglieri son zamanlarda bu alanda yoğunlaşmaya başladı. Bu kapsamda, bu çalışma Yalın Girişim Yöntemlerini bir çevik metod yöntemi olan Sürekli Teslim ile birleştirerek, ürün geliştirme sürecinin, müşteri ve pazar geliştirme ile paralel yürümesi üzerine odaklanan bir örnek uygulamadır. Yalın Girişim Prensipleri ve yöntemleri çeşitli uygulama gereçleri mevcuttur. Bu çalışmada Yalın Tuval temel alınmış ve bu kapsamda müşteriden azami öğrenme çalışmanın merkezine yerleştirilmiştir. Dolayısı ile, Yalın Girişim Prensiplerinin gerektirdiği hızlı ve sürekli özyineleme ile ürün geliştirebilmek maksadı ile Sürekli Teslim yöntemi seçilmiştir. Örnek uygulama, tekstil dokuma sektörüne hizmet sağlayan Skydome adında bir donanım girişimi üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bütün İş Modeli Hipotezleri Yalın Girişim Yöntemleri doğrudan uygulanarak doğrulanmış ve yöntemlerin girişimin büyümesi üzerinde ki olumlu etkisi doğrudan gözlemlenmiştir. Devamında, çalışma ürün geliştirme aşaması için Sürekli Teslim yöntemiyle sürdürülmüştür. Müşteriye hızlı ve erken ulaşım sağlaması, özyineleme ile ürün geliştirilmesi sebebi ile Sürekli Teslim yönteminin projeye ilaveten yüksek değer kattığı gözlenmiştir. Ürün erken ve sıklıkla teslim edildiğinden, müşteri geri bildirimleri geleneksel yöntemlere göre çok daha hızlı toplanabilmiştir. Sürekli Teslim yönteminin uygulamasında bazı zorluklar yaşanmasına ragmen, Yalın Girişimin temelinin hızlı ve sık toplanan geri bildirimler ve öğrenmeler olması sebebi ile iki yöntemin bileşke kuvvet ile bir yeni girişime uygulanması, girişimin gelişiminde önemli etki göstermiştir

In recent decade, entrepreneurship has gained great importance in every nation. Especially global economy and technological advances in many areas, led entrepreneurs to found disruptive businesses. Therefore, academic researches as well as industry researches in this field also started to get more interest. In this regard, this study focuses on direct application of Lean Startup Methodologies by merging all these principles with an agile practice of Continuous Delivery to complete the product phase together with the customer and market development phase. The Lean Startup Principles and Methodologies have several tools to work on. In this study, Lean Canvas is chosen to be the starting point of the case and learning from the customer was kept always in the center of the study. Thus, Continuous Delivery Methodology was chosen to build the product with quick and short iterations as required by Lean Startup Methodologies. The case study was applied on a startup named Skydome, which develops a hardware product serving to textile weaving factories. All the business model hypotheses are validated from customer interactions by running the Lean Startup Methodology and observations clearly shown direct benefits of applying those principles to the growth of the startup. The study then was moved to product development phase by running Continuous Delivery methodology. Continuous Delivery is observed to add extra value to the project thanks to iterative development that allows quick and early access to the customer. Product is released early and often, therefore feedbacks were collected much faster than traditional methods. Frequent feedback is the essence of the Lean Methodologies, therefore the case study has shown the effectiveness of the combined application of two methodology, despite some difficulties were faced in the application of Continuous Delivery.
