Özet
109 ÖZET Türk toplumsal yapısındaki değişmeler ortaöğretime olan talebin hızla artmasına neden olmuştur. Varolan kapasite ile bu talebi karşılamanın mümkün olmaması, gelişen teknolojinin uzaktan öğretim yöntemi ile ortaöğretimde işe koşulmasını gerekli kılmıştır. Bu gerekçeyle Açıköğretim Lisesi 5 Ekim 1992 öğretim yılında uygulamaya konulmuştur. Açıköğretim Lisesi uzaktan öğretimin bilinen modellerinin bir sentezi biçiminde düzenlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada Açıköğretim Lisesinde öğretici-öğrenci arasındaki iletişimi sağlayan televizyonun, öğrencilerin öğrenmeleri üzerinde etkililiğinin ne olduğu, temel sorunu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın temel amacı ise,“Açıköğretim Lisesi televizyon ders programlarının etkililiğine ilişkin öğrenci görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmaktır.”Bu temel amaç doğrultusunda aşağıdaki sorunların yanıtları aranmıştır: 1. Açıköğretim Lisesi televizyon programlarının öğrencilere ulaşma düzeyine göre,öğrenciler: a. Televizyon izleme imkânına sahipler mi? b. İzleme oranlan nasıldır? c. Televizyon ders programlarının izlenmesini etkileyen faktörler nelerdir? 2. Açıköğretim Lisesi televizyon ders programlarının; a. İçeriğine ilişkin öğrenci görüşleri nelerdir? b. Sunumuna ilişkin öğrenci görüşleri nelerdir? c. İzlenen yöntemlere ilişkin öğrenci görüşleri nelerdir? 3. Açıköğretim Lisesine kayıtlı öğrencilerin yaşam koşullan ile televziyon programlarına etkililiğine ilişkin görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki var mıdır? 4. Açıköğretim Lisesi öğrencilerinin televizyon programlarına ilişkin istek ve önerileri nelerdir? Araştırma kapsamına 1992-1994 yıllan arasında Açıköğretim Lisesi Erzurum öğrenci kayıt bürosuna kayıtlı olan 2,3,4,5,6 ve 7. dönem öğrencileri alınmıştır. Tüm öğrencilere ulaşmak hedeflendiğinden çalışma evreninde çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla Açıköğretim Lisesi televizyon ders programlanmn etkililiği ile ilgili 47 sorudan oluşan bir anket formu hazırlanmış ve 1995-1996 öğretim yılı kayıt yenileme esnasındaöğrencilere bu anketler doldurtulmuştur. Değerlendirme anketinde yer alan ilgili sorulara verilen cevaplardan yararlanılarak bir durum saptamasına gidilmiştir. Araştırmada,ölçme aracının kişisel bilgiler kısmında elde edilen veriler için frekans ve yüzde hesaplan kullanılmıştır. Yine kişisel bilgiler ( öğrenci özellikleri) ile televizyon programlarının niteliği (etkililiği) arasındaki manidarlık Khi-kare (x2) test tekniği ile hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Açıköğretim Lisesi televizyon ders programlarının etkililiğinin yerleşim birimleri, dönemler, yaş grupları, cinsiyet ve çalışma durumları ile ilişkili olduğu saptanmıştır.

107 ABSTRACT The variantions of the pattern of Turkish society had the wishes, dealing with high education grown up in a short period. Though it vas not possible to get irid of these needs and by reason of having put the developing technology into account, it has made it necessary to take the remote controlled educating system and middle education systems into consideration, for that reason extensive high school education has been carried out in 1992. Extensive high school education has been organized as a synthesis of the known models of remote controlled education. On the days during which they were busy with studying on these education being carried out for two years. On the other hand, graduate eleven percent-rate of pupils having to review the product of the system and the structure throughout. But with the help of system approach the influences of television, realizing the transmittion between pupils and teachers, at extensince high school on education has been comprehended by using searching throughly method. Television has an important role in extensive high school. Because of carrying all of the other special features of audio- visual apparatuses, being able to together it is an effective and economical apparatus. The problem of this searching is that the effection of extensive high school television programmes on learning. The most important aim of this searching is to find out the interp retations of the pupils about the effectivity of the television programmes of extensive high school. According to this main aim, these questions have been tried to be answered. 1. According to the transmitting level to the pupils of the television programmes of extensive high school; a. Do they have the possiblity of watching the T. V.? b. What is the rate of watching television? c. What are the factors of watching television programmes? 2. Television programmes of extensive high school: a. What are the point of views of the pupils about contents? b. What are the opinions of the pupils about offering? c. What are the opinions of watching methods?108 3. Are there meaningful relation ships between the pupils who are enrolled in thpe extensive high school and the effectivity of the Televizyon programmes? 4. What are the wishes and suggestions about television programmes of extensive high school pupils? The pupils enrolled in extensive high school's information office in Erzurum for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 4th, 6th and 7th semesters between 1992 and 1994 have taken into account At the same time the choosen example of this search is the universe of it. For that reason an investigation having 47 questions about effectivity of educating programmes of television at extensive high school have been made ready and that investigation has been filled by the pupils during the rerecording time in 1995 and 1996. n this way it has been tried to realize the situation with the help of the given answers for the questions taking place in the appreciating investigation. The statistical processes used in the search, are; the frequency and percentage accounts for the productions handed in the part of personal information of measuring means. And also that is to say the features of the pupils and the quality of television programmes has been analysed being used the test technics. The diagonal meaningful level with the coofficient of the meaning and coherency between the alternatives has been found olut. According to the results of the searching, it has been understood that the point of wiews of the students about the effectivity of the educationg programmes of television at extensive high school deal, with environmental factors, periods, age groups, sexvality and the changeable factors of work positions.
