Özet
Rekabetin arttığı günümüz ekonomisinde, işletmelerin en büyük mali unsurları olan stokları yönetmenin önemi, her geçen gün artmaktadır. Doğru vakitte, doğru oranda, doğru mekânda bulunan mallar, yalnız iyi uygulanan stok politikaları ile stok idaresi kararlarıyla mümkün olur. Bunu gerçekleştirerek maliyetleri azaltan ve en iyi hizmetleri en kısa zamanda müşterilere ulaştıran firmalar rekabette bir adım ileride olurlar. Stok yönetimi kavramını iyi anlamak ve işletmenin stok ve ürün politikalarına en uygun stok yönetim sistemini oluşturup, takip etmek her işletme için hayati bir önem arz etmektedir. İşletmenin nakdini bağlayan fiziksel unsurlar olarak stoklar, işletme karlılığını da birebir etkilemektedirler. Bu bağlamda stokların iyi yönetilmesi her işletme için çok önemli bir noktadır. İşletmeler, stoklarını iyi yöneterek, stok maliyetlerini minimum seviyeye düşürürken, süreç akışının aksamamasını sağlayarak, müşterilerine en iyi hizmeti sunabilirler. Aynı zamanda iyi bir stok politikası izleyen ve sürdürülebilir kar elde eden işletmeler, hayatta kalabildikleri gibi ülke ekonomisine de olumlu katkılar yapacaklardır. Bu çerçevede hazırlanan araştırmanın amacı tedarik zincirinde stok yönetimi anlayışının işletme performansı ile ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda, hazır giyim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren 208 işletmenin katılımı ile anket çalışması yürütülmüştür. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; stok yönetimi hem finansal performansı hem de büyüme performansını artırmaktadır.

In today's competitive economy, the importance of managing stocks, which are the biggest financial elements of enterprises, is increasing day by day. The right vakute, the right place, the goods in the right place, only with well-applied stock policies and stock management decisions are possible. Companies that reduce costs and deliver the best services to their customers in the shortest time will be a step ahead. Having a good understanding of the concept of stock management and creating and following up the stock management system that is most suitable for the stock and product policies of the business is of vital importance for every business. Stocks as the physical elements that connect the cash to the operator affect the profitability of the business personally. In this context, good management of stocks is very important for every business. Businesses can provide the best service to their customers by managing their stocks well and minimizing their inventory costs while ensuring that the process flow is not hindered. At the same time, companies that pursue good stock policy and achieve sustainable profits will make positive contributions to the country's economy as well as to survive. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between stock management understanding in the supply chain and business performance. In line with the purpose of the survey, a survey was conducted with the participation of 208 companies operating in the ready-to-wear sector. According to the findings obtained from the research; Stock management improves both financial performance and growth performance.
