Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmada, Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitim'e tabi tutulan ortaöğretim öğrencileriyle bu süreçte eğitici olarak rol alan öğretmenlerin, Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitim'e ilişkin görüşleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bir sistemin başarısında katılımcıların sistemden hoşnut olmalarının ve onu yararlı bulmalarının payının oldukça büyük olduğu anlayışından yola çıkılarak yapılan bu çalışma, 1991-1992 öğretim yılında Yükseliş kolejinde yürütülmüştür. Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitim süreci geçiren 125 ortaöğretim öğrencisi ve süreçte eğitici olarak rol alan 23 öğretmenin görüşüne başvurulan araştırmada betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada, varolan görüşlerin belirlenmesi amaçlandığından betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan 22 maddelik bir anketle toplanmıştır. Uygulamanın yapıldığı yükseliş kolejinin Ankara'da BDE yapan en uygun okul olması nedeniyle doğrudan evren üzerinde çalışma yapılmış ayrıca örneklem tayinine gidilmemiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans ve yüzde işlemlerine başvurulmuştur. Öğretmen ve öğrencilerin bilgisayarın öğretme-öğrenme sürecinde kullanımına ve bilgisayar destekli eğitim yazılımlarının niteliklerine ilişkin görüşlerini almak üzere iki alt problem halinde düzenlenen araştırmanın bulguları, aşağıda kısaca özetlenmiştir. Gerek bilgisayarın öğretme- öğrenme sürecinde kullanımına, gerekse BDE yazılımlarının niteliklerine ilişkin görüşleri açısından öğretmen ve öğrenciler arasında önemli ölçüde tutarlılık gözlenmiştir. Bazı maddelerde öğrenciler öğretmenlere oranla daha kararsız kalmışlar ancak genel olarak her iki grupta BDE'e ilişkin olumlu görüşlere sahip olduklarını İfade etmişlerdir.II Elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak BDE' in gerek mevcut durumdaki etkilerini gerekse yaygınlaştın İması konusundaki çalışmaları yoğunlaştırmanın yararlı olacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Ill SUMMARY In this study, It was tried to find out the perception of secondary school students to whom Computer Assisted Program is applied and the teachers who play an active role in this process as educaters about the Computer Assisted Education. The main idea that powers this research is that the success of a system is due to the fact that the participators should take pleasure from the system and they should find the system useful. Resulting from the fact stated above, this study was conducted at Yükseliş High School in 1991-1992 academic year. Questionnose was administered to 125 secondary school students to whom Computer Assisted Education was applied and 23 teachers who played an active role in this process were consulted. The data was gathered by the questionairre in which comprised 22 items. In this research, descriptive method was used. Because of the fact that Yükseliş High School was the only school that had computer Assisted Education in its programme, the researc was carried out directly on the population. Data were analysed by using, the frequency and percentage. The findings of this research which were formed by two sub-problems and which were designed to get the opinions of teachers and students about the software qualities of Computer Assisted Education and computer usage in teaching-learning process were briefly summarifed as follows. The researcher found out a great deal of consistency among the teachers and students in their opinions about the software qualities of Computer Assisted Education and computer usage in teaching-learning processer. The researcher observed that for some items, students, answers were.rv not clear as teachers: However, in general, both the teachers and the students declared in the questionairre items that they had positive opinions about Computer Assisted Education. As conclusion, the researcher assested that if would be useful to increase the amount of studies on the effects and widely using of Computer Assisted Education.
