Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yetersizlikten etkilenmiş bireylere video ile model olunarak sunulan cinsel istismardan korunma öğretim programının etkililiğini incelemektir. Araştırmada, tek denekli araştırma desenlerinden, denekler arası çoklu yoklama deseni kullanılmıştır. Cinsel istismardan korunma öğretim programı video model yöntemi ile öğrencilere sunulmuştur. Araştırma, otizm, özgül öğrenme güçlüğü ve hafif derecede zihinsel yetersizlik tanıları almış 8-9 yaşlarında biri erkek ikisi kız üç öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Cinsel istismardan korunma öğretim programında öğrencilere yakın çevresini tanıma ve güvenebileceği kişileri ayırt etme, güvenebileceği kişiler varlığında kendisine dokunabilecek meslek elemanlarını ayırt etme, doğru yanlış dokunuşu ayırt etme ve istismardan kendini koruma beceri basamaklarını içeren 12 madde öğretilmiştir. Programın son basamağı olan“istismardan kendini koruma”da öğrenciye karşılaşabileceği istismar durumunda“hayır deme”,“ortamdan uzaklaşma”ve“durumu güvendiği bir kişiye anlatma”öğretilmiştir. Cinsel istismardan korunma öğretim programında bilgisayar ortamına yüklenmiş resimler ve olası cinsel istismardan korunma senaryolarının çekim videoları kullanılmıştır. Uygulama başlama düzeyi, öğretim, yoklama ve izleme oturumları olmak üzere dört evrede tamamlanmıştır. İzleme verileri öğretim oturumları bittikten sonraki 3, 6, 9, 30, ve 70. günlerde alınmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda video ile model olunarak sunulan cinsel istismardan korunma öğretim programıyla araştırmanın tüm katılımcılarına cinsel istismardan kendini koruma becerisinin kazandırılmasında etkili olduğu görülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the education program for protection from sexual abuse which is presented by video as a model for the ones who have been affected by incompetency. In the study, multiple interrogation patterns design was used, which is one of the single-subject research designs. The education program for protection from sexual abuse was presented to students through video model method. The Research has been done on 3 students with 8-9 year olds, one male and two females, who were diagnosed with autism, specific learning difficulties, and mild inadequacy. In the sexual abuse protection program, 12 items of the skill steps are taught to the students including recognizing their close circles, distinguishing the ones they can trust, differentiating the right and wrong touch, and self-protection from abuse. In the last step of the program which is self-protection from abuse, the students are taught to“say no”,“getting away from the environment”and“tell a trusted person about the situation”in case of encountering an abuse. In the sexual abuse protection program, the pictures uploaded to the computer and the possible sexual abuse protection scenarios have been used. Implementation has been completed in four phases. starting level, teaching, polling and monitoring sessions. Monitoring data were taken on the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 30th, and 70th days after the end of the teaching sessions. The results of the research has revealed that the education program for protection from sexual abuse, which presented a model by video, is effective for providing all participants of the research with the self-protection ability from sexual abuse.
