Özet
İlahî bir kitap ve Müslümanların hayat rehberi olması bakımından büyük bir öneme sahip olan Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in mana ve yorumu en sağlıklı şekilde ortaya konmalıdır. İşte belâgat bu amaca hizmette en önemli araçların başında gelir. Bu önem Kur'ân'ın belâğî bir üslûpla indirilmiş olmasından kaynaklanmaktadır. İlahî vahyin mahsülü olan Kur'ân-ı Kerîm, yalnızca Müslümanların mukaddes kitabı olmakla kalmayıp aynı zamanda Arap Edebiyatının da ilk ve sonsuz eseridir. Bu yönüyle o, üslûp bakımından taklit edilemez bir özelliktedir. Çalışmamızın gayesi, her yönüyle mükemmel bir kelâm olan Kur'ân'ın, üslûp bakımından da ne derece üstün bir yapıya sahip olduğunu ortaya koymanın yanında, Nûr sûresinde yer alan konulara edebî özelliklerin kattığı anlamlara da dikkat çekmektir. Bu amaç çerçevesinde tezimizde Nûr sûresinin belâgat özellikleri incelenerek sûrenin edebî özellikleri gözler önüne serilmiş olup, Kur'ân'ın bu sûresinin daha iyi anlaşılması amaçlanmıştır. Nûr sûresinin belâğî özelliklerine hasrettiğimiz tezimiz bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır.“Giriş”kısmında üslûbun tanımı, mahiyeti, önemi ve çeşitleri ile Kur'ân'a filolojik yaklaşımlar hakkında genel bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Kur'ân ile belâgat ilmi arasındaki ilişkiye de ayrıca değinilmiştir.“Birinci Bölüm”de Nûr sûresinde yer alan ahkâm âyetleri,“İkinci Bölüm”de aynı sûrenin kelâm ilmine dair âyetleri,“Üçüncü Bölümde”ise sûrenin ahlaka dair ayetleri yorumlarıyla birlikte ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma, ilk dönemden günümüze ulaşan Arap Dili ve Belâgatı alanındaki kaynak eserler ve Tefsir kaynakları taranarak tamamlanmıştır.

The interpreting and make of meaning of the Quran must be done very carefully, in view of the fact that this is a divine book; it is guiding the life of the Muslims and has a very important place. Eloquence becomes one of the most important materials to wait this. This importance stems from the fact that the Quran was revealed in a rhetorical style. The Quran is the product of divine revelation, which is not only the holy book for the Muslims, but is also the first and the infinite work of the Arabic literature. From this aspect, the style of it is not imitable. The aim of our work is, the Quran which is perfect on all points, besides to show the superiority of the style of the Quran, we focused how the literal characteristics adds meaning to the subjects in Surah al-Nur. With this objective, in our thesis we analyzed the eloquence of Surah al-Nur and showed all the details of the surah, purposed to better understanding of this surah in the Quran. The study in which the rhetorical characteristics of Surah al-Nur devoted is composed of one introduction, three chapters. In the entrance the style description, nature, importance and different types because of the Quran given an outline of philological approaches is explained. There is also referred to the relation between the Quran and eloquence scientific. In the first chapter the judicial verses in the Surah al-Nur, in the second chapter the science of Qalam, in the same surah and in the third chapter the verses of the morals in the surah were tried to be put forward together. This work has been created from analyzing the first periods to today's Arabic language and eloquence work sources and hermeneutics sources.
