Özet
Güvenilirlik çalışmalarında fiziksel kısıtlamalar ve maliyet nedeniyle az sayıda veriyle yani durdurulmuş verilerle çalışılmaktadır. Bu nedenle istatistiksel analizler genellikle durdurulmuş veriler kullanılarak yapılmaktadır. Özellikle parametrik analizlerde kuramsal bir olasılık dağılımına uygunluğun testi önem taşımaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında sıralı istatistikleri ve deneysel birikimli dağılım fonksiyonunu kullanan (EDF türü) bazı testlerin ve bu tez çalışması kapsamında önerilen uyum iyiliği testinin tam ve II. tür sağdan durdurulmuş örneklemler için güç performansları simülasyon çalışmaları aracılığıyla incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında iki ayrı durum ele alınmıştır. Bunlardan ilki doğrudan tam ve II. tür sağdan durdurulmuş örneklem verilerine uygulanan EDF testleri durumudur. İkinci durumda ise,II. tür sağdan durdurulmuş örneklem verileri tam örneklemlere çevrilmektedir. Daha sonra bu veriler standart normal dağılıma ve verilerin geldiği varsayılan konum-ölçek dağılım ailesinin standart dağılımına sahip olacak biçimde dönüştürülmektedir.Son olarak bu verilere tam örneklem EDF testleri uygulanmaktadır. Simülasyon sonuçlarına göre; birbirine yakın olan tüm dağılımlar için (örneğin log-normal-log-logistic, Weibull-Gamma dağılım çiftleri gibi) dikkate alınan örneklem büyüklükleri ve durdurma oranlarında tüm testlerin güçleri düşüktür. Üstel dağılımın azalan bir tehlike fonksiyonuna sahip Weibull ve Gammadağılımlarına karşı testinde, Anderson-Darling testi güç açısından diğer testlere kıyasla daha iyi bir performans sergilemektedir. Üstel dağılımın log-normal dağılıma ve artan bir tehlike fonksiyonuna sahip Weibull, Gamma dağılımlarına karşı testinde orijinal dağılım dönüşümüne dayanan testler daha güçlü olma eğilimindedir. Özellikle WAKM testi üstün bir performans sergilemektedir.Weibull dağılımının monoton olmayan tehlike fonksiyonuna sahip log-normal dağılıma karşı testinde ise; Cramer-von Mises ve Anderson-Darling testleri tüm örneklem büyüklükleri ve durdurma oranlarında daha iyi güç performansı göstermektedirler.Log-normal ve log-logistic dağılımların alternatif dağılımlara karşı testinde bu tez çalışmasında önerilen WAKM testi diğer testlere kıyasla üstün güç performanslarına sahiptir.

Due to the physical constraints and cost, the reliability studies generally use censored data. For this reason, statistical analyzes are usually performed using censored data. In particular, it is important to test the suitability of a theoretical probability distribution in parametric analyzes. In this thesis, the power performances of some goodness of fit tests using order statistics and empirical cumulative distribution function (EDF) and the new goodness of fit test proposed in this thesis, were investigated for complete and type II right censored data through simulation studies. In this thesis two different situations are considered. In the first case the EDF tests are applied to complete and type II right censored sample data. In the second case, type II. right-censored sample data arefirst converted to complete sample data. Then, thecomplete sample dataare transformed normally distributed data and the standard distribution of the location-scale distributionfrom whichthe data come. Finally, the complete sample version of the EDF tests are applied. According to the results of the simulations conducted in this thesis; for all distributions that are close to each other such as log-normal-log-logistic, Weibull-Gamma distribution pairs, the power performances of the tests are lowforall sample sizes and censoring. In the test of exponential distribution against Weibull and Gamma distributions with a monotonous decreasing hazard function, the Anderson-Darling test performs better than other tests in terms of power. Tests based on the original distribution transformation tend to be stronger in the goodness of fit test of exponential distribution against log-normal distribution. The same is also true for the alternatives Weibull, Gamma distribution with decreasing hazard functions. In particular, the proposed WAKM test performs well in such cases. In the test of the distribution of the Weibull distribution against log-normal distribution;the Cramer-von Mises and Anderson-Darling tests exhibit better performance in all sample sizes and censoring rates. In the testing of log-normal and log-logistic distributions against alternative distributions the WAKM testproposed in this thesishas superior power performances compared to the other tests.
