Özet
Araştırmanın amacı Ortaöğretim Öğrencileri Araştırma Projeleri Yarışması (OÖAPY) ile ilgili karşılaşılan güçlükleri, güçlük nedenlerini ve çözüm önerilerini belirlemektir. Bu bağlamda; Biyoloji bilim dalında proje danışmanlığı yapan öğretmenlerin proje danışmanlığı konusunda eğitim alan ve eğitim almayan öğretmenlerin karşılaştığı güçlükler belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda öğretmen öğrencilerin proje sürecinde bir araya gelecekleri zaman dilimi yaratamadıkları okul yönetimi tarafından proje sürecinin desteklenmediği, üniversite ve diğer işbirliği yapılacak kuruluşlardan destek görülmediği proje yazım sürecinde bilimsel araştırma yöntem, teknikleri konusunda yeteri kadar bilgi sahibi olunamadığı ve proje sonuç raporunun yazımında zorlanıldığı anlaşılmıştır. Proje danışmanlığı eğitimleri ile öğretmen ve öğrencilerin projenin konusunun belirlenmesi, plan hazırlanması, projenin yürütülmesi ve sonuçlandırılması aşamalarında bilgi sahibi olunduğu ve TÜBİTAK 2229- Lisans ve Lisans Öncesi Öğretmen ve Öğrencilere Yönelik Etkinlikleri Destekleme Programı kapsamında yürütülen 'Biyoloji Öğretmenlerine Proje Danışmanlığı Eğitim Çalıştayı sürecinin olumlu yönde etkilediği ortaya konulmuştur. Proje Danışmanlığı eğitimlerinin arttırılmasının yanı sıra proje paydaşlarının gerekli destekleri sağladıklarında daha etkili ve verimli bir proje sürecinin ortaya çıkacağı öngörülmektedir.

The aim of the research is to determine the difficulties encountered, reasons of the difficulties and solution suggestions related to the Secondary Education Students Research Projects competition. In this context; The difficulties faced by teachers who have been trained and who have not been trained in the project consultancy of the teachers who work as project consultants in the field of biology have been identified. According to the data obtained from the study, it was understood that the teacher students could not create the time frame in which they would meet in the project process, that the project process was not supported by the school administration, that there was not enough information about scientific research methods and techniques in the project writing process and that the writing of the project final report was difficult. With the help of project consultancy trainings, it was revealed that teachers and students were informed about determining the subject of the project, preparing the plan, conducting and finalizing the project, and Project Consultancy Training Workshop for Biology Teachers carried out within the scope TUBITAK 2229- Support Program for Undergraduate and Pre-Undergraduate Teachers and Students, has been positively affected. It is foreseen that a more effective and efficient project process will emerge when the Project Stakeholders provide the necessary support in addition to increasing the trainings of the Project Consultancy.
