Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında öğrencinin görerek, dokunarak, keşfederek öğrendiği, aktif olduğu, fikrini rahatça ifade edebildiği, derse katıldığı, öğrenmeye motivasyonunun yüksek olduğu bir öğrenme ortamı oluşturarak; bu ortamın öğrenci başarısı üzerindeki etkisini ölçmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu farklı öğrenme ortamı, eğitim yönetimi süreçlerine bağlı kalınarak öğrenme ilkeleri doğrultusunda çoklu zekâ kuramı ve farklı öğrenme stillerine uygun olarak oluşturulmuştur. Bu oluşturulan öğrenme ortamında bir örnek olarak on birinci sınıf matematik dersi konusu ile uygulama yapılmıştır. Çalışma ön test son test kontrol gruplu bir deneme modelidir. Çalışma grubu, İstanbul Zeytinburnu İlçesinde bulunan İhsan Mermerci Anadolu Lisesi 11A ve 11B şubelerinde okuyan öğrencilerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma öncesi, deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin algılarının benzer olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla konu algı testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın öğrenci başarısına etkisini ölçmek amacıyla da ön test son test uygulanmıştır. Uygulamada deney grubunda, takım çalışması yapılmış, öğrencilere ön motivasyon amaçlı videolar izletilmiş, görerek, keşfederek, dokunarak öğrenmelerini sağlayacak materyaller sunulmuştur. Elde ettikleri sonuçları kontrol edebilmeleri için farklı yolardan da ölçme ve hesaplama metotları kullanılmıştır. Kontrol grubunda ise sınıf ortamında matematik öğretim programına uygun eğitim verilmiştir. Uygulama sonunda deney ve kontrol grubuna son test uygulanmış, uygulamadan sonra deney grubu öğrencilerinin ve araştırmayı yürüten öğretmenin görüşleri alınmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS 25.0 istatistik programında yapılmış, dağılımın normal olduğu tespit edilmiş ve verilerin çözümlenmesinde bağımlı-bağımsız gruplar T-testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; yeni öğrenme ortamının öğrenci başarısını arttırdığı ve uygulama sonunda öğrencilerin derse olan algılarının olumlu yönde değiştiği görülmüştür.

In this thesis, it is aimed to measure the impact of this environment on student success by creating a learning environment in which the student can see, touch, explore, learn, be active, express his / her opinion comfortably, attend the course and have a high motivation to learn. This different learning environment has been established in accordance with multiple intelligence theory and different learning styles in accordance with the principles of learning by adhering to educational management processes. As an example in this created learning environment, the application was made with the subject of eleventh grade mathematics lesson. The study is a pre-test, post-test, control group trial model. The study group consists of students studying at Ihsan Mermerci Anadolu Lisesi 11A and 11B branches in Zeytinburnu district of Istanbul. Prior to the research, the subject perception test was applied to determine whether the perceptions of the experimental and control group students were similar. In order to measure the impact of the research on student achievement, pre-test and post-test were applied. In the research process, teamwork was carried out in the experimental group, the students were shown videos for pre-motivational purposes before the subject and the materials to realize their learning by seeing, discovering and touching were presented. Measurement and calculation methods have also been used in different ways so that they can control their results. In the control group, education was given in accordance with the mathematics curriculum in the classroom environment. At the end of the study, the post-test was applied to the experimental and control groups, and after the study, the opinions of the experimental group students and the teacher who conducted the research were taken. Data were analyzed in SPSS 25.0 statistical program, distribution was found to be normal and dependent-independent groups T-test was used to analyze the data. According to the findings, it was observed that the new learning environment increased student achievement and the perceptions of the students to the course changed positively at the end of the study.
