Özet

Sağlık alanında öğrenim gören lise öğrencilerinde, sağlıklı yaşamı teşvik edici film, belgesel ve videolar kullanmanın sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışları üzerine etkisini belirlemektir. Bu çalışma deneysel tipte olup 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında Taşköprü Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi'nde öğrenim gören 10.-11.-12. sınıf öğrencilerine uygulanmıştır. Müdahale grubu 100, kontrol grubu ise 94 öğrencidir. Müdahale grubuna videolardan önce sosyo-demografik veri formu ve Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği-II ön test uygulanıp, 3 ay sonra ise son test uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubuna ise aynı anketler ön test olarak uygulanıp, hiçbir video izletilmeden, 3 ay sonra son test uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, SPSS 11.5 programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 17'dir. 121'i kız, 73 erkektir. 11. sınıf müdahale grubunda kontrol grubuna göre ön test ve son test puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark vardır (p=0.003). 10. ve 12.sınıf müdahale grubu ile aynı sınıf kontrol grubu arasında ön test ve son test sonra puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark yoktur (p>0.05). İki cinsiyette de ölçeğin Beslenme ve Sağlık Sorumluluğu Alt Ölçeklerinde müdahale grubunun kontrol grubuna göre puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark vardır (p=0.001). Ölçeğin diğer alt ölçeklerinde ise müdahale grubu kız ve erkeklerde kontrol grubuna göre ön test ve son test puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark yoktur (p>0.05). Müdahale grubu, kontrol grubuna göre ölçeğin Kişiler arası ilişki Alt Ölçeğinden anlamlı düzeyde yüksek puan almıştır (p=0.001). Müdahale ve kontrol grubunda ölçeğimizin diğer Alt Ölçeklerinden aldıkları puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı fark yoktur (p>0.05). Videoların 11. sınıflarda daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Sağlıklı beslenme alışkanlığının geliştirilmesinde ve sağlık sorumluluğu kazandırılmasında izletilen eğitici videoların yararlı olduğu görülmüştür.

To determine the effect of using healthy life-promoting films, documentaries and videos on high-school students' behaviors. This study is of experimental type and it is studied in Taşköprü Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School with 10th, 11th and 12th grade students. The intervention group consisted of 100 students and the control group consisted of 94 students. Socio-demographic data form and Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale-II pre-test were applied to the intervention group before the videos, and post-test was applied 3 months later. In the control group, the same questionnaires were applied as a pre-test and after 3 months, post-test was applied without any videos being watched. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS 11.5 program. The mean age of the students was 17 years. 121 girls and 73 boys. In the 11th grade intervention group, there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest mean scores compared to the control group (p = 0.003). There was no significant difference between the pretest and posttest mean scores between the 10th and 12th grade intervention groups and the same grade control group (p> 0.05). In both genders, there was a significant difference between the mean scores of the scale in the Nutrition and Health Responsibility Subscales of the intervention group compared to the control group (p = 0.001). In the other subscales of the scale, there was no significant difference between the pretest and posttest mean scores of the intervention group girls and boys compared to the control group (p> 0.05). The intervention group scored significantly higher than the Interpersonal Relationship Sub-Scale of the scale compared to the control group (p = 0.001). There was no significant difference between the mean scores obtained from the other subscales of our scale in the intervention and control groups (p> 0.05). Videos were found to be more effective in the 11th grade. It was found that the instructional videos watched in developing healthy eating habits and gaining health responsibility were useful. In addition, the instructional videos watched make different contributions such as increasing interpersonal relationships.
