Özet
Güvenlik, özellikle Soğuk Savaş Dönemi itibariyle dünyada yaşanan değişiklikler ve gelişmeler sonucu, önceki dönemlere nazaran yüksek düzeyde belirginlik kazanmış bir kavram olmaktadır. İnsanoğlunun hayatının her döneminde, temel bir kavram olan güvenlik, devletin de tüm organlarını ilgilendiren bir niteliğe sahiptir. Bu nedenle, güvenliğin alanı çok geniştir. Son yıllarda, küreselleşmenin de etkisiyle ortaya çıkan politik ve siyasi sorunlar, ekonomik krizler, doğal afetler, yoksulluk, hırsızlık, uyuşturucu ticareti, küresel kriz, siber terör, siber güvenlik gibi faktörler, birçok sektörü önemli ölçüde etkilemiştir. Bu faktörlerden fazla etkilenen sektörlerden biri de turizm olmaktadır. Turizmin yaşanan çeşitli güvenlik sorunlarından kolaylıkla etkilenebilen bir sektör olması ve güvenlik sorunlarının turistik talebe etki etmesi sonucu, ulusal ve uluslararası seyahate katılan turistlerin güvenlik algılarını da yüksek düzeyde etkilemektedir. Dolayısıyla, turistlerin ziyaret ettikleri bölgelerden memnun ayrılma oranları azalabilmekte ve tekrar ziyaret etmeyi niyetinde olmayabilmektedirler. Bu çalışmada öncelikle coğrafi konumu, tarihi yapıları, kültürel ve doğal birçok zenginliğe sahip olan, Doğu ve Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgeleri' ni ziyaret eden yerli turistlerin seyahat ettikleri bölgeleri güvenli bulup bulmadıkları araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, yerli turistlerin gittikleri bölgelerde edinmiş oldukları güvenlik algıları ile tekrar ziyaret etme niyetleri arasındaki ilişki de incelenmiştir. Bu nedenle bu çalışmanın amacı, özellikle alternatif turizm çeşitleri açısından büyük potansiyele sahip olan bu bölgelerde çeşitli sebeplerle yaşanan güvenlik sorunlarından kaynaklı yerli turistlerin duydukları endişelerin etkili olması ile bu durumun yerli turistlerin tekrar ziyaret etme niyetlerine etkisinin belirlenmesi olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, ilk olarak ilgili alan yazın taranmıştır. Ardından,“güvenlik algısı ile tekrar ziyaret etme niyeti arasındaki ilişki”nin belirlenmesi amaçlanarak, yerli turistlere anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışma beş ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; araştırmanın amacı, önemi, varsayımları ve sınırlılıkları yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümde; çalışmanın kavramsal çerçevesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölüm; araştırmanın yöntemini kapsamakta ve bu bölüm, veri toplama aracı ve teknikleri, evren ve örneklemi, verilerin analizini içermektedir. Dördüncü bölümde araştırmanın bulgularına ve yorumlarına yer verilmiştir. Son bölümde ise, araştırmanın sonuçlarına yer verilip, öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Security, especially due to the changes and developments in the world as of the Cold War period, has become a concept that has become more and more prominent compared to previous periods. In every period of human life, security, which is a basic concept, has a quality that concerns all the organs of the state. Thus, the area of security is very wide. In recent years, factors such as political problems, economic crises, natural disasters, poverty, theft, drug trafficking, global crisis, cyber terrorism, cyber security have affected many sectors significantly. One of the sectors that was most affected by these factors is tourism. As a result of the fact that tourism being a sector that can be easily affected by various security problems and the security problems having impact on tourist demand, they also affect the security perceptions of the tourists participating in national and international travel highly. Thus, the rates of satisfaction with the regions visited by tourists may decrease and they may not intend to visit again. In this study, it has been investigated whether the indigenous tourists that have visited the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Regions, which have historical background, cultural attractiveness and many natural richness, find the regions they have visited to be safe. In addition, the relationship between the security perceptions of the local tourists and their intention to visit again was examined. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the re-visiting intention of domestic tourists with the effect of the concerns due to the security problems experienced in these regions that have great potential especially in terms of alternative tourism types. In this context, firstly the related field literature was examined and a questionnaire was applied to local tourists in order to determine the relationship between the security perception and the intention to visit again. The study consists of five main parts. In the first chapter; the aim, importance, assumptions and limitations of the research are included. In the second chapter; the conceptual framework of the study is emphasized. Third chapter; contains the method of the research and this chapter includes the data collection tools and techniques, the universe and the sample, and the analysis of the data. In the fourth chapter, the findings and comments of the research are given. In the last chapter, the results of the study were presented and recommendations were proposed.
