ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi BAZI BiS(TAÇ) ETERLERİN SENTEZİ, KOMPLEKSLERİ VE YAPILARININ İNCELENMESİ Dalım DÜNDAR Ankara Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Dr. Necla GÜNDÜZ 1997, Sayfa: 86 Jüri : Prof.Dr. Necla GÜNDÜZ Prof. Dr. Zeynel KILIÇ Doç.Dr. Perihan GÜRKAN Bu çalışmada, önce etilenglikol, dietilenglikol, 1,2-propandiol, 1,3- propandiol gibi glikollerin ditosilatları hazırlandı. Bunların o-nitrofenol ile etki I estirilmesi ve meydana gelen ürünlerin indirgenmesi sonucunda 1,2- bis(o-aminofenoksi)etan, 1,5-bis(o-aminofenoksi)-3-oksopentan, 1,2-bis(o- aminofenoksi)propan, 1,3-di(o-aminofenoksi)propan elde edildi. Bu diaminler ile salisilaldehitden schiff bazlan sentezlendi ve bu orjinal schiff bazı ligandlarının Ni(CH3COO)2.4H20 ile kompleksleri elde edildi. Ayrıca 4'- formil-benzo-15-crown-5 sentezlendi ve yukarıdaki aminlerle schiff bazları elde edilmeye çalışıldı ancak sonuç alınamadı. Elde edilen bileşiklerin yapılan element analizi, İR, UV spektrofotometrik, »H-NMR spektroskopik yöntemleriyle aydınlatıldı. ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Schiff bazları, salisilaldiminler, metal kompleksleri

Prof. Dr. Perihan GÜRKAN In this work, first of all ditosylates of glycoles such as ethyleneglycole, diethyleneglycole, 1,3-propanediol, 1,2-propanediol have been prepared. The products which are obtained from these ditosylates and o-nitrophenol were reduced to corresponding diamines such as 1,2- bis(o-aminophenoxy)ethane, 1,5-bis(o-aminophenoxy)-3-oxopentan, 1,3- di(o-aminophenoxy)propan. The reactions of these diamines with salicylaldehyde some schiff bases have been synthesized. By the reaction of these original schiff bases ligands with Ni(CH3COO)2.4H20, the complexes have been prepared. Although 4'-formyl-benzo-15-crown-5 has been synthesized and tried to get schiff bases with above mentioned diamines, it has not been achieved. The structure all of these compounds were investigated by elemental analysis, İR, UV, spectrophotometry, 1H- NMR spectroscopic analysis. KEY WORDS : Schiff Bases, salicylaldimines, metal complexes
