Özet
Kıraat farklılıklarının Kur'ân âyetleri üzerine etkisi konusunda eskiden beri tartışılmakta ve farklı görüşler ortaya sunulmaktadır. Kimilerine göre kıraat farklılıkları Kur'ân'ın farklı okunmasına imkan verirken özünde manaya hiçbir tesiri olmamıştır. Kimilerine göre ise bu vecihlerin bir kısmı bir şekilde manayı etkilemiştir. Her görüş sahibi kendi kanaatini ispat ve ikna amacını gütmüştür. Sahasında uzman olan bu kişiler kıraatlerde bulunan ihtilafları, gerek kıraatin kendi oluşum ve gelişim aşamalarını gerekse manaya tesirini kendi sahalarında (Kıraat, Tefsir ve Fıkıh İlimleri) kullanma yoluna gitmişlerdir. Kur'ân âyetlerine mana veren müfessirler, kıraat farklılıklarından dolayı Kur'ân metnine değişik anlamlar verseler dahi bu durum, tefsirlerde bir çelişki oluşturmamıştır. Bu,“Eğer bu Kur'ân Allah'tan gelmeseydi onda birçok çelişki bulurlardı”(4/82) âyeti gereğince onun mu'cizliğinin bir delilidir. Günümüze kadar bir çok müfessir bu mu'ciz Kur'ân'ı çeşitli yöntemlerle tefsir etmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızın teması gereği tezimizin ana çatısını oluşturacak eser olarak Kurtubî'nin, el-Câmi' li-Ahkâmi'l-Kur'ân adlı tefsiri seçilmiştir. Kurtubi tefsirinde hem î'râba hem kıraatlere hem de ahkâm âyetlerine geniş yer vermektedir. Tezimizde Kurtubî Tefsiri bağlamında bazı aile hukuku âyetlerindeki kıraat farklılıkları ve müfessirlerin bu okuyuşlara göre âyetlere vermiş oldukları anlamlar incelenerek kıraat farklılıklarının manaya tesiri olup-olmadığı tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır. Bu amaçla araştırma çerçevesinde kıraat ilmi konularına değinilmiş, kıraat farklılıkları bazı aile ahkâmına yönelik âyetlerde tespit edilmiş ve bu farklılıkların fukahânın âyetlerden çıkarmış oldukları fıhki hükümlere tesirinin olup olmadığı incelenmiştir.

The influence of the recitation differences on the Qur'anic verses has long been discussed and different views are presented. According to some, the recitation differences allowed the Qur'an to be read differently, and in essence had no effect on meaning. For some, some of these aspects have influenced the meaning somehow. Each opinion owner has the purpose of proving and convincing his opinion. These experts, who are experts in their fields by reciation own stages of development and effects of meaning have tried to use the disputes in recitation conflicts and their influence in the field (Khaled, Tafsir and Fiqh Sciences). Even if the commentators who gave rise to the verses of the Qur'an, gave different meanings to the Qur'an text because of the differences in the Quran recitation differences, this situation did not create a contradiction in the commentaries. This prove the fact that in the verse,“if this Qur'an had not come from God, they would find many contradictions.”(4/82) Many exegetes has been interpreted these miracle Qur'an in various ways until today. In this context, as a result of the theme of our study, the main framework of our thesis was chosen as the work of Kurtubi, named as al-Qammi li li-Ahkam al-Quran. Qurtubi in his tafsir gives a wide space on both analysis and recitation as well as the verses of provisions. In our thesis, in the context of the Qurtubi Commentary, it will be tried to determine whether the differences in recitation on the verses of the family law and the meanings of the commentators given to the verses according to these readings are examined. For this purpose, within the framework of the research, the recitation of the Qur'an were studied and the differences in the Qur'an reciation were determined in the verses regarding some of the family 's ethic, and it was examined whether these differences had an effect on the provisions that the fukahah had removed from the verses.
