Özet

Şer'iyye sicilleri, kadıların görevleri gereği mahkemelerde verdikleri hükümleri, merkezden gelen belgeleri ve sorumlu oldukları bölgelerdeki önemli olayları kaydettikleri defterlerdir. Şer'iyye sicilleri kadı ve naiblerin mahkemelerde kaydettikleri, hüccet, i'lam, maruz, mürasele gibi belgeler ile ferman, berat, buyruldu mektup ve tezkire gibi belge suretlerini ihtiva etmektedir. Şer'iyye sicillerindeki konular bir kaza bölgesinde meydana gelen her türlü olay ve tarihi gerçekleri kapsar. Şer'iyye sicillerinden ait olduğu dönemin ekonomik, sosyal, kültürel ve hukuki durumunu tespit etmek mümkündür. bu çalışmada 10 Numaralı Bor Şer'iyye Sicilinden elde edilen veriler yardımıyla H. 1205-1207 M. 1790-1792 yılları arasında Bor Kazasının sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel durumu tahlil ve analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The Sharia registers are the notebooks in which the judges record the judgments given by the courts in their duties, the documents coming from the center and the important events in the regions where they are responsible. The sharia registers include documents such as hüccet, ilam, exposures, applications, as well as copies of documents such as edict, affirmation, orders, letters an tezkire which are recorded by the kadi and regent in the courts. The issues in the sharia registers cover all kinds of events and historical facts that occur in an district area. It is possible to determine the economic, social, cultural and legal status of the period to which it belongs from the sharia registers. In this study, the social, economic and cultural situation of Bor district between H. 1205-1207 M. 1790-1792 was tried to be analyzed and analyzed with the help of the data obtained from the 10th Bor Sharia record.
