Özet
Bu araştırma kapsamında; başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılan 2H-indazol[2,1-b]fitalazin-trion türevi DMF içerisinde TFA varlığında 4-nitro benzaldehit, dimedon ve fitalhidrazit ile hazırlandı ve yapıya ait nitro grubu amin yapısına SnCl2.4H2O ile indirgendirildi. Daha sonra elde edilen indirgenmiş ürün çeşitli izosiyanat ve tiyoizosiyanatlar ile reaksiyona sokularak yeni aril-aril, aril-alkil üre ve tiyoüre türevlerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi. Ayrıca indirgenmiş ürün bazı aromatik aldehitlr ile reaksiyona sokularak imin bileşiklerinin sentezi gerçekleştirildi ve bu sentez üzerinden de yeni B-laktam türevlerinin oluşum reaksiyonları incelendi. Sentezlenen bileşikleri kromatrofik yöntemlerle saflaştırıldıktan sonra yapıları 1H-NMR, 13C NMR, IR ve Kütle spektrometreleri ile aydınlatıldı. Tez kapsamında 20 üre, 10 tiyoüre, 5 imin ve 10 B-laktam olmak üzere toplamda literatürde bulunmayan 45 yeni maddenin sentezi gerçekleştirildi.

Scope of this research, 2H-indazolo[2,1-b] phthalazine-trione derivative was prepared with 4-nitrobenzaldehyde, dimedone and phthalhydrazide in the presence of TFA inDMF and nitro group was reduced to amine derivative with SnCl2.2H2O. Then, the reduced product obtained was reacted with various isocyanates and thioisocyanates to synthesize new aryl-aryl, aryl-alkyl urea and thiourea derivatives. In addition, the reduced product was reacted with some aromatic aldehydes to synthesize imine compounds and the formation reactions of new B-lactam derivatives were investigated. After the synthesized compounds were purified by chromatrophic methods, their structures were illuminated by 1H-NMR, 13C NMR, IR and Mass spectrometers.Within the scope of the thesis, 20 new urea, 10 thiourea, 5 imine and 10 B-lactam were synthesized, and 45 new substances were not found in the literature.
