Özet

Bu tez çalışmasında, teknoloji entegrasyonlu sorgulamaya dayalı öğretim ile fen bilimleri programına uygun olarak yürütülen öğretimin öğrencilerin kavramsal anlamalarındaki değişime etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada ön test-son test deney-kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel desen kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın örneklemini devlet ortaokulundaki 6. sınıfta öğrenim gören 33 öğrenci deney grubunu ve başka bir şubedeki 29 öğrenci kontrol grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Deney ve kontrol grupları rastgele atanmışlardır. Deney grubu öğrencilerine hazırlanan teknoloji entegrasyonlu sorgulamaya dayalı öğretim uygulanırken, kontrol grubu öğrencilerine müfredata uygun olarak sorgulamaya dayalı öğretim yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda“Kavramsal Anlama Testi”öğrencilere ön test ve son test olmak üzere öğretim öncesi ve sonrası uygulanmıştır. Veri analizinde ilişkisiz ölçümlerdeki farkı belirlemek için istatistiksel t-testi kullanılmıştır. Veri analizinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, Ay Tutulması kavramına ilişkin teknoloji entegrasyonlu sorgulamaya dayalı öğretim ile programa uygun işlenen sorgulamaya dayalı öğretim arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır.

Recently, technology is used in all areas of life. In this thesis, it is aimed to investigate the effect of technology-based inquiry-based instruction and teaching in accordance with science program on the change in students' conceptual understanding. Mixed patterns were used in the research. The sample of this study consisted of 33 students in the 6th grade in the state secondary school and 29 students in the control group. Experimental and control groups were randomly assigned. While technology-based inquiry-based instruction was applied to experimental group students, inquiry-based teaching method was applied to control group students in accordance with the curriculum. For this purpose,“Conceptual Understanding Test”was applied to the students as pre-test and post-test before and after teaching. Statistical t-test was used to determine the difference in unrelated measurements in the data analysis. According to the results obtained from the data analysis, no significant difference was found between technology-based inquiry-based instruction related to the Lunar Eclipse concept and inquiry-based instruction processed according to the program.
