Özet
ÖZET Özgün Baskı Resim Sanatı içinde yer alan Yüksek Baskı Teknikleri, dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de bir geçmişe ve geleceğe sahiptir. Uygulaması kolay ve fazla araç gereç kullanımına dayalı olmayan Yüksek Baskı resim tekniği buna rağmen günümüzde diğer resim tekniklerine göre az kullanılmaktadır. Bu araştırmada yüksek baskı resim sanatının gelişimi, sorunları, uygulama alanları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca oluşturmuş olduğum baskı resim çalışmalarıma destek olması açısından ve yüksek baskı resminin temel eğitim kurumlarında verilen sanat eğitimi dersleri içindeki yerini saptamak amacıyla araştırma önem kazanmıştır. Araştırma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Sanat ile Sanat ve Eğitim konuları arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde Temel Eğitim Kurumlarında Sanat Eğitimi ve bu kapsam içinde verilen resim derslerinin durumuna dikkat çekilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölümde resim dersleri müfredat programları içinde yer alan Yüksek Baskı Tekniklerine ve bu tekniklerle oluşturulan örneklere yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Yüksek Baskı Resim Sanatı'nın gelişim evreleri ve teknik olarak genel durumu incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise Yüksek Baskı Resim Tekniklerinde oluşturulan baskı resimlere yer verilmiş, bunların analizleri yapılmıştır. Yüksek baskı teknikleri, günümüzde gereken ilgiyi görememektedir. Buna rağmen teknikleri kullanım imkanlarını geliştirici çalışmalar yeterince yapılamamaktadır.Sanat eğitimcileri bu konuya özen gösterip, bu teknikleri tanıtıcı ve yaygınlaştırıcı roller üstlenebilirler. Hareket noktalarını da Temel Eğitim kurumlarında verilen sanat eğitimi içinde yer alan resim derslerinden alabilirler.

IV SUMMARY The high quality printing techniques that is within the Orginal Printing Picture Art is a processor of the past and future in our country like in world. Although the high quality printing picture technique that is simple to implement and not depending on the usage of instrument so much, is used more less than the other picture techniques nowadays. In this study, the development of the high quality picture art, problems and the implementation fields are examined. On the other hand supporting my own works of printing picture and for the purpose of obtaining the place of high quality printing picture in art education course that teaches at basic education institutions, the study gained its importance. The study has four parts. In the first part the relations within art with art and education is examined. In the second part the art education at the basic institutions is examined and in this context the picture courses' situation that is thought is taken into consideration. Also in this section the high quality printing techniques that takes place in the picture course curricula and the examples that was formed by these techniques were given. In the third part the development stages of the high quality printing picture ard and in general the technical statue was examined. In the fourth part; printed pictures done bay the high quality printing picture techniques were given and the analysis of them were done. In our days, the high quality printing techniques have not the necessary pertinent. So the works for developing, the possibility of using the techniques can not be done. The art educators take care to this subject and can have the role of announcing and act of spreading of these techniques. Theirstarting points may be the picture couses that is in the art education which is taught at basic education institutions.
