Özet

Amaç: Laparoskopik kolesistektomide erken mobilizasyonun hastanın karın ağrısı ve konfor düzeyine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal ve Metod: Deneysel olarak yapılan araştırma, Elazığ ilinde bulunan Fırat Üniversitesi Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi Kliniklerinde Kasım 2019 – Kasım 2020 tarihleri arasında laparoskopik kolesistektomi operasyonu geçiren hastalar ile yürütüldü. Araştırmanın evrenini, belirtilen tarihler arasında ilgili hastanedeki genel cerrahi kliniklerinde laparoskopik kolesistektomi operasyonu geçiren hastalar, örneklemini ise belirtilen evrende araştırmaya alınma kriterlerine uyan 102 hasta oluşturdu ( 51 deney, 51 kontrol). Verilerin toplanmasında“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”,“ Visual Analog Skala”,“Genel Konfor Ölçeği”ve“Kısa Ağrı Envanteri”kullanıldı. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde; sayı, ortalama, yüzdelik dağılımlar, Kruskal Wallis, Mann Whitney U, Varyans (Mauchly's W) analizi, Post Hoc Bonferoni testi, Korelasyon analizi ve bağımsız gruplarda t testi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan hastalardan kontrol grubunun, VAS 4. saat puan ortalaması 4.16±0.73, VAS 6. saat puan ortalaması 4.98±0.67, deney grubunun VAS 4. saat puan ortalaması, 3.57±0.57, VAS 6. saat puan ortalaması 3.12±0.65 olarak belirlendi ve her iki grubun 4. ve 6. saatteki puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptandı (p

The Effect of Early Mobilization in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on Abdominal Pain and Comfort Level of The Patient. Aim: This study aims to determination of the effect of early mobilization on abdominal pain and comfort level of the patient in laparoscopic cholecystectomy Material and Method: The experimental study was conducted with the patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation between November 2019 and November 2020 in General Surgery Clinics at Fırat University Hospital in Elazig Province. The universe of the study consisted of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation in the general surgery clinics of the relevant hospital between the specified dates, and the sample included 102 patients who met the criteria for inclusion in the specified universe (51 for experiment, 51 for control).“Personal Information Form”,“Visual Analog Scale”,“General Comfort Scale”and“Short Pain Inventory”were used to collect the data. For the analysis of the data; number, mean, percentage distributions, Kruskal Wallis, Mann Whitney U, Variance (Mauchly's W) analysis, Post Hoc Bonferoni test, Correlation analysis and t test in independent groups were utilized. Results: Among the patients participating in the study, for the control group, the mean score of the VAS 4th hour was 4.16 ± 0.73, the mean score of the VAS 6th hour was 4.98 ± 0.67, and for the experiment group, the mean score of the VAS 4th hour was 3.57 ± 0.57, and the mean score of VAS the 6th hour was 3.12 ± 0.65.
