Özet
Çalışma, Trabzon Çepni ağzının ses bilgisi bakımından eş zamanlı olarak incelenmesini konu edinir. Bu amaçla Trabzon'da Çepni varlığına bağlı alanların sınırları belirlenmiş, yörede yaşayan Çepnilerin ağız özellikleri eş zamanlı incelenerek Çepni ağzı ile Trabzon ağzının ilişkisi gösterilmiştir. Giriş bölümünde tezin konusu yöntemi ve içeriği hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde, Çepnilerin dilleri, tarihleri ve boy özelliklerinden söz edilmiş, Trabzon'daki güncel Çepni yerleşimlerine dair bilgilere yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Trabzon ağzı ve Çepni ağzı hakkında genel bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde Trabzon Çepni ağzında bulunan ünlü türleri, ünlü uyumları, ünlü değişmeleri, ünsüz türleri, ses olayları ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler sonuç bölümünde değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde metinler iki ağız alanı içerisinde değerlendirilmiştir. Birinci ağız alanı Şalpazarı, Beşikdüzü, Akçaabat, Çarşıbaşı; ikinci ağız alanı Arsin, Maçka, Yomra olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu verilerden hareketle Trabzon Çepni ağzının iki ağız bölgesi olarak yorumlanması gerektiği, birinci ağız bölgesinde özelliklerin örtüştüğü ama kısmi değişimlerin de izlendiği, doğuda kalan ikinci ağız bölgesinin Trabzon merkez ağızları ile giderek daha çok örtüştüğü ancak benzerlikleri de nispeten koruduğu, Çepni ağızları için genel özellik olarak gösterilen bir veya birkaç özelliğin Trabzon Çepni ağzında karakteristik olmadığı, Trabzon Çepni ağzının yalnızca Şalpazarı ile sınırlandırılmaması gibi sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Ekler kısmında derlenen, deşifre edilen, incelemenin temelini oluşturan metinler ve sözlük yer almaktadır. Sözlük kısmı derlemelerden elde edilen metinlerdeki kelimelerden oluşmaktadır. Aynı zamanda kayıt esnasında not tutulan kelimelere de burada yer verilmiştir. Sözlükte ağırlıklı olarak Standart Türkçede bulunmayan kelimelere yer verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Standart Türkçede bulunup söylenişleri farklı olan kelimeler ise sözlüğe dahil edilmemiştir.

This study's subject is to search the dialect of Trabzon Çepni in terms of phonetics simultaneously. In the study, the borders of the areas where the Çepni people live were determined and the relation between the dialect of Çepni and the dialect of Trabzon was shown while the dialect features of Çepni who live in the area were being searched simultaneously. The information regarding the subject of the study, its method and the content of the thesis was given in the introduction section. In the first part, the languages of Çepni, their history and the features of their tribe were mentioned and information about the current areas of Çepni in Trabzon was mentioned as well. In the second part, there is a guideline about the dialect of Trabzon and the dialect of Çepni. In the third part, types of vowel, vowel harmonies, vowel changes, types of consonant and acoustic phenomenon which exist in the dialect of Trabzon Çepni were reviewed. The obtained data were evaluated in the conclusion part. The texts were evaluated in the area of two dialects in the conclusion part. Şalpazarı, Beşikdüzü and Akçaabat were determined as the first dialect's area. Arsin, Maçka and Yomra were determined as the second dialect's area. The following results were gained from the obtained data; the dialect of Trabzon Çepni needs to be regarded as the area of two dialects; in the first area of the dialect, the features are overlapped but partial changes are seen, the second area of the dialect which is in the East of Trabzon is more gradually matched up with the dialect of the central of Trabzon but the similarities are slightly protected one or a few features shown as the general feature for the dialects of Çepni are not the characteristic features in the dialect of Trabzon Çepni. The dialect of Trabzon Çepni must not be limited with only Şalpazarı. The texts and dictionary which were compiled and deciphered by us and constituted the source of the thesis were taken part in the appendix section. The vocabulary section was comprised of the words in the texts which were obtained from the collations. At the same time, the words noted during the record were given in this section. The words which don't mainly exist in the Standard Turkish were struggled to be included in the dictionary. But the words which exist in the Standard Turkish but are different in their pronunciation weren't included in the dictionary.
