Özet
Bu çalışma, Bolu İli Seben İlçesi Güneyce Köyü'nün geleneksel konut dokusunun belgelenmesini konu edinmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı köydeki geleneksel konut dokusunun belgelenmesi, değişen güncel ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda meydana gelen bozulmaların tespiti ve devamında korumaya yönelik alınabilecek önlemler ile birlikte önerilerde bulunulmasıdır. Ayrıca Güneyce Köyü nüfusuna kayıtlı olmam da çalışma bölgesi seçiminde etkili olmuştur. Güneyce Köyü geleneksel konut dokusunun belgelenmesi sırasında yapı stoğu tek tek taranmış, yapılara girilip girilememesine bağlı olarak iç ve dış belgelenmeleri yapılmış ve yapılarla ilgili analizler oluşturulmuştur. Toplamda giriş ve sonuç bölümleri de dahil olmak üzere yedi bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünde, tezin amaç ve kapsamı ile bağlı kalınan yöntemler belirtilmiştir. İkinci bölümde çalışılacak olan bölgenin fiziki, sosyal-kültürel ve ekonomik özellikleri, tarihi ve turistik özellikleri anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde çalışma alanı olarak seçilen Güneyce Köyü'nün konumu, ulaşım, ekonomik topografik yerleşim ve mimari özellikleri incelenmiş ve gerekli açıklamalar yapılmıştır. Tezin dördüncü bölümünde ise yöresel mimari ve taşıyıcı özellikler incelenmiş ve belgelemeye yönelik çalışmalar yürütülmüştür. Beşinci bölümde genel değerlendirmelere yer verilmiş ve çalışma alanı ile ilgili problemler belirlenmiştir. Altıncı bölümde çalışma alanında bulunan yapılara ilişkin müdahale ve koruma kararları belirlenmiş ve bölgeye ilişkin SWOT analizi yapılmış , turizm ve ticaret potansiyeli ile ilgili önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Yedinci ve son bölümde ise tez çalışmaları sonuçlandırılmıştır.

This study is about the documentation of the traditional housing pattern of the Güneyce village in the district of Seben of Bolu province. This study aims at documenting the traditional housing pattern in the village, detecting deterioration in line with changing current needs, and making suggestions along with the precautions that can be taken for further protection. In addition, the author being registered at the register office of Güneyce, contributed to the choice of region. During the documentation of Güneyce village traditional housing pattern, the building stock was individually scanned, the internal and external documentation was made depending on whether the buildings could be entered or not, and analyzes related to the structures were created. The first part of the study, which consists of seven parts, including the introduction and conclusion parts, specifies the purpose and scope of the thesis and the applied methods. The second part presents physical, social-cultural, and economic characteristics, and historical and touristic features of the area to be examined. The third part provides information and details about location, transportation, economic topographic settlement, and architectural features of Güneyce village, which was chosen as study area. The fourth part of the thesis examines local architectural and bearing features and contains documentation studies. The fifth part includes general evaluations and identifies problems related to the area of study. In the sixth part, intervention, and protection decisions regarding the buildings in the study area are determined and a SWOT analysis regarding the region was made. It also contains suggestions regarding its tourism and trade potential. The thesis study is then concluded in the seventh and last part.
