Özet
Bu proje kapsamında, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi Esenboğa Kampüsü harita uygulaması tasarlanacaktır. Harita uygulaması, etkileşimli ve web –tabanlı olacaktır. Google Maps API uygulama geliştirme ara yüzü kullanılarak kampüste bulunan binalar, merkezler harita üzerinde gösterilecektir. Bu kapsamda, harita üzerinde Esenboğa kampüsünde bulunan A, B ve C blok yer alacaktır. A, B ve C Bloktaki akademik birimler, proje merkezleri, idari odalar, öğretim üyesi yemekhanesi, öğrenci yemekhanesi, öğrenci kantinleri, öğrenci sağlık merkezi, rektörlük, öğrenci işleri daire başkanlığı, İnsan ve Toplum Bilimleri Fakültesi, Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi (Hemşirelik Bölümü, Çocuk Gelişimi Bölümü, Dil ve Konuşma Terapisi Bölümü, Sosyal Hizmet Bölümü, Odyoloji Bölümü, Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Bölümü, Beslenme ve Diyetetik Bölümü, Sağlık Yönetimi Bölümü), İşletme Fakültesi, İslami İlimler Fakültesi, Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi, Havacılık ve Mimarlık Fakültesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü), Bilgi İşlem Daire Başkanlığı, Strateji Geliştirme Daire Başkanlığı, Sağlık, Kültür ve Spor Daire Başkanlığı, İdari ve Mali İşler Daire Başkanlığı, Yapı İşleri ve Teknik Daire Başkanlığı, Kütüphane ve Dokümantasyon Daire Başkanlığı, Öğrenci Futbol Sahası, Tenis Kortu, Öğrenci Yurtları ve Sosyal Tesis, Restoranlar ve diğer birimler, yerler haritaya yerleştirilecektir. Kampüs üzerine yerleştirilen mekânlara ve yerlere ait detaylı açıklamalar girilerek, birimlerle ilgili bilgi paylaşılacaktır. Görsel ve videolar eklenecektir. Daha sonra, harita Google Maps üzerine yerleştirilecektir. Harita ara yüzü için JavaScript programlama dilinden yararlanılacaktır. Bu harita, mevcut öğrenciler, aday öğrenciler, öğretim üyeleri, tüm üniversite personeli için yararlı işlevsel özellikler sunacaktır. Harita, üniversitenin diğer kampüsleri için uyarlanabilir bir temel oluşturması açısından üniversitemize somut katkılar sunabilecektir. Bu harita, kampüs bilgi sistemi niteliğinde olup, coğrafi bilgi sistemleri ile ilgili olacaktır. Sosyal Pinleme Projesi olarak haritanın genel özellikleri sunulacaktır, geliştirilme aşamaları ele alınacaktır ve bu pinleme projesinin spesifik sistem özellikleri bağlamında diğer üniversiteler ve kurumlar için öneriler getirilecektir. Projenin kuramsal çerçevesinde ise, üniversite bilgi sistemlerinin (kampüs bilgi sistemleri) genel kapsamı, türleri, bilgi sistemlerinin idari ve akademik işlere olası katkıları, Türkiye ve dünyadan bilgi sistemi örnekleri çalışılacaktır, bu sistemlere ait detaylı bilgiler ve görseller paylaşılacaktır. Sistemlere getirilen değerlendirmeler paylaşılacaktır. Yurt dışında bulunan diğer üniversitelerin kampüs harita uygulamalarına yer verilecektir. Ayrıca Ankara Yıldırın Beyazıt Üniversitesi'ne ait öğrenci ve akademik otomasyon sistemi, MEK-SİS sistemi, Bologna Bilgi sistemi, AVESIS Bilgi Sistemi, Akademik Teşvik ATOSİS sistemi, Elektronik Belge Yönetim Sistemi (EBYS) hakkında analizler yapılacaktır, sistemin tanıtımı anlatılacaktır. Bu bilgi sistemlerinin üniversite içindeki işleyişe nasıl katkıda bulunduğu anlatılacaktır. Sistemlerin iyileştirilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulacaktır. Bilim ve teknolojinin gelişmesinin bilgi sistemlerinin geliştirilmesini nasıl etkilediği el alınacaktır ve tartışılacaktır. Bilgi sistemlerinin oyunlaştırılmasına ilişkin bir başlık açılacaktır. Bu bölümde de bilgi sistemlerinin oyunlaştırılmasının işleyişe nasıl katkıda bulunduğu tartışılacaktır. Ayrıca, kampüs harita uygulamalarının öğrenci ve personele sunduğu katkılar ele alınacaktır.

Within the scope of this project, a map application of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Esenboğa Campus will be designed. The map application will be interactive and web-based. The buildings and centers on the campus will be displayed on the map using the Google Maps API application development interface. In this context, A, B and C blocks in Esenboğa campus will be located on the map. Academic units in A, B and C Blocks, project centers, administrative rooms, faculty dining hall, student cafeteria, student canteens, student health center, rector's office, student affairs department, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Political Sciences, Faculty of Health Sciences ( Department of Nursing, Department of Child Development, Department of Language and Speech Therapy, Department of Social Service, Department of Audiology, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, Department of Health Management), Faculty of Business, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Faculty of Fine Arts, Faculty of Aviation and Architecture , Institute of Health Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences), Department of Information Technologies, Department of Strategy Development, Department of Health, Culture and Sports, Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Directorate of Construction and Technical Affairs, Department of Library and Documentation, Student Football Field, Tennis Court, Student Dormitories and Social Facilities, Restaurants and other units , places will be placed on the map. Detailed descriptions of the venues and locations placed on the campus will be entered and information about the units will be shared. Images and videos will be added. The map will then be placed on Google Maps. JavaScript programming language will be used for the map interface. This map will provide useful functional features for current students, prospective students, faculty members, all university staff. The map will be able to provide concrete contributions to our university in terms of creating an adaptable basis for other campuses of the university. This map is a campus information system and will be related to geographical information systems. As the Social Pinning Project, the general features of the map will be presented, the development stages will be discussed, and recommendations will be made for other universities and institutions in the context of the specific system features of this pinning project. On the theoretical framework of the project, the university information systems (campus information systems) general scope and types of information possible contributions of administrative and academic affairs of the systems, and Turkey will be studied examples from around the world information system, detailed information about those systems and audio will be shared. The evaluations brought to the systems will be shared. Campus mapping applications of other universities abroad will be included. In addition, analyzes will be made about the student and academic automation system of Ankara Yildir Beyazıt University, MEK-SIS system, Bologna Information system, AVESIS Information System, Academic Incentive ATOSIS system, Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), the introduction of the system will be explained. How these information systems contribute to the functioning of the university will be explained. Solution proposals for the improvement of systems will be presented. How the development of science and technology affects the development of information systems will be handled and discussed. A title on gamification of information systems will be opened. In this section, how the gamification of information systems contributes to functioning will be discussed. In addition, the contributions of campus mapping applications to students and staff will be discussed.
