Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, lise düzeyinde faaliyet gösteren öğrenci kulüplerinin etkililiğini farklı lise türlerinde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin görüşlerine göre değerlendirmektir. Araştırmada bu amaç doğrultusunda öğrencilerin, öğrenci kulüplerine ilişkin“kulüp farkındalığı”,“kişisel gelişim”,“toplum hizmeti”,“demokrasi”,“sosyallik”ve“sorumluluk”boyutlarındaki görüşlerinin; cinsiyet, kurum türü, sınıf düzeyi, okul türü, ailenin aylık geliri, anne-baba eğitim durumu, anne-baba iş durumu, etkinliklerin düzenli yapılması durumu, üye oluş nedeni ve etkinliklerin yapılma zamanı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemektir. Ayrıca araştırmada öğrencilerin kulüp danışman öğretmenin kulübüne ilişkin bilgi düzeyi; kulüp etkinliklerinin ders başarısına etkisi; kendi okullarındaki diğer kulüpler hakkındaki bilgi düzeyi; üye oldukları kulübü nasıl değerlendirdikleri; kulüp etkinliklerinin ne zaman yapılması gerektiği; üye oldukları kulüp alanları; okul dışı etkinliğe katılım durumları ve kulüp etkililiğinin artırılması için sundukları öneriler incelenmiştir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel tarama deseninden ve nedensel karşılaştırma araştırma yönteminden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma, Batman il merkezindeki 2018– 2019 Eğitim-Öğretim yılı birinci döneminde okul türü farklı ortaöğretim kurumlarında (Anadolu, İmam-Hatip, Mesleki ve Teknik, Fen, Sosyal Bilimler, Spor, Güzel Sanatlar ve Proje Lisesi) öğrenim gören 1039 öğrenciyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplamak için literatür ve yönetmeliklerden faydalanılarak altı boyutu olan geçerli ve güvenilir sosyal etkinlik ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Bulguların çözümlenmesinde betimsel istatistikler olan sıklık ile yüzdeliklerden yararlanılırken demografik değişkenlerle ölçek maddelerine verilen cevapların çaprazlaması yapılmıştır. Alt amaçların incelenmesinde sosyal etkinlik puan ortalamalarının karşılaştırılması için parametrik istatistik çözümleme tekniklerinden t-testi ve One Way Anova testlerinden faydalanılarak veriler analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, lise öğrencilerinin sosyal etkinlik puanları“kulüp farkındalığı”,“kişisel gelişim”,“toplum hizmeti”,“demokrasi”,“sosyallik”ve“sorumluluk”boyutlarındaki görüşleri genel olarak“kararsızım”düzeyindedir. Araştırmada en yüksek ortalama değerine“sosyallik”boyutu sahipken en düşük ortalamanın“sorumluluk”boyutunda olduğu görülmüştür. Cinsiyet, kurum türü, öğretim şekli, okul türü, sınıf düzeyi, aylık gelir, anne-baba eğitim durumu, anne-baba iş durumu, kulüp etkinliklerinin yıl boyunca düzenli yapılma durumu, kulübe üye oluş nedeni ve etkinliklerin yapılma zamanı değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin danışman öğretmenin bilgi düzeyini“iyi”düzeyde buldukları ve kulüp etkinliklerinin ders başarısını“olumlu”etkilediği görülmüştür. Öğrencilerin okuldaki diğer kulüplere ilişkin“kısmen yeterli”düzeyde bilgi sahibi oldukları ve kulüp etkinliklerini“sosyalleştirici”olarak değerlendirdikleri belirlenmiştir. Öğrencilerin kulüp etkinliklerinin“ayrı bir ders saatinde”yapılması gerektiğini; en yüksek ortalamanın“sanat”kulüp alanı olduğu ve kulüp faaliyetleri kapsamında okul dışı etkinliklere katılmadıkları sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada“Okulunuzdaki öğrenci kulüplerinin daha etkili olması için neler önerirsiniz?”sorusuna“sistem”,“fiziki ortam”,“proje”,“yeterlilik”ve“öğrenci”tema başlıklarında öneriler sundukları görülmüştür.“Sistem”temasında; ders sayısının azaltılıp öğrenci kulüp saatlerinin artırılması,“Fiziki ortam”temasında; uygun şartların oluşturulup materyallerin temin edilmesi,“Proje”temasında; kulüpler aracılığıyla toplumsal ve çevresel projelerin hazırlanması,“Yeterlilik”temasında; yönetici ve öğretmenlerin kulüp çalışmalarını önemsemesi,“Öğrenci”temasında; yetki ve sorumluluğun öğrencilerle paylaşılması önerilmiştir.

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of student clubs operating at high school level according to the opinions of students studying in different high school types. In line with this purpose, it is aimed to determine whether there is a statistically significant difference according to gender, type of institution, class level, school type, monthly income of the family, parents 'education status, parents' job status, regularity of activities, reason for being a member and time of activities with students' views on student clubs in the dimensions of“club awareness”,“personal development”,“service to society”,“democracy”,“sociability”and“responsibility”. In addition, it was examined in the light of the knowledge level of the students, the club counselor teacher; effect of club activities on academic success; level of knowledge about other clubs in their school; how they evaluate their club; when club events should take place; club areas they are members of; Their participation in out-of-school activities and their suggestions to increase club effectiveness. In the research, quantitative research methods, causal comparison research method and descriptive survey design were used. The study was carried out with 1039 students studying in different secondary education institutions (Anatolian, Religious Based, Vocational and Technical, Science, Social Sciences, Sports, Fine Arts and Project High School) in the first semester of the 2018-2019 academic year in the central of Batman. Using the literature and regulations to collect data in the study, a valid and reliable social activity scale with six dimensions was developed. In analyzing the data, descriptive statistics, frequency and percentages, were used, and the answers given to the scale items with demographic variables were crossed. In order to compare the social efficiency mean data in the examination of the sub-goals, the T-Test and One Way Anova tests, one of the parametric statistical analysis techniques, were used to analyze and interpret the findings. According to the results of the study, social efficiency scores of high school students are generally at the level of“indecisive”in the dimensions of“club awareness”,“personal development”,“community service”,“democracy”,“sociality”and“responsibility”. In the study, it was seen that while the“sociability”dimension had the highest arithmetic mean value, the lowest average was in the“responsibility”dimension. It has been observed that there is a significant difference in terms of gender, type of institution, teaching style, school type, class level, monthly income, parents 'educational status, parents' job status, regular club activities throughout the year, reason for being a member of the club and time of activities. It was observed that the students found the counselor teacher's knowledge level at a“good”level and club activities had a“positive”effect on the success of the lessons. It was determined that the students had“partially sufficient”knowledge about other clubs in the school and they evaluated the club activities as“socializing”. The club activities of the students should be done“in a separate class hour”; It is concluded It was concluded that the highest average was the“art”club area and do not participate in out-of-school activities within the scope of club activities. In the research, it was observed that they offered suggestions under the themes of“system”,“physical environment”,“project”,“competence”and“student”to the question of ''What would you suggest for the student clubs in your school to be more effective?“ In the ”System“ theme; reducing the number of lessons and increasing the student club hours, in the theme of ”Physical environment“; creating appropriate conditions and providing materials, in the ”Project“ theme; preparation of social and environmental projects through clubs, in the theme of ”Competence“; administrators and teachers care about club work, in the ”Student" theme; It is suggested that authority and responsibility be shared with students.
