Özet
Tezimizin amacı İmam Gazali'ye göre icma konusunu ve fıkıh usulünde bu konuyla ilgili görüşlerini incelemektir. Tezimizin başlığı (İmam Gazali'ye Göre İcma) olup araştırmamızda usulcülerin konuyla ilgili görüşlerini zikrederek imam Gazali'ye göre icmaya dair fıkıh usulü mesaili incelenecek, usul açısından tartışılacak, akabinde aralarındaki ihtilaf ve ittifak noktaları ve meseleyle ilgili tercih edilen görüş açıklanacaktır. Tez giriş, üç ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmakta olup birinci bölüm İmam Gazalinin tercümeyi hali başlığını taşımaktadır. Bu bölümde İmam Gazali'nin adı, nesebi, yetişmesi, ailesi, ilim yoluna girişi, hocaları, eğitimciliği, öğrencileri, dönemi, eserleri, itikadı ve vefatı konuları işlenmiştir. İkinci bölüm usulcülere göre icma başlığını taşımakta olup bu bölümde icmanın tarifi, rükunları, şartları, delili ve hükmü ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümün başlığı İmam Gazali'ye Göre İcma olup bu bölümde O'na ve Cumhura göre İcma'nın tarifi, bu tarifler arasındaki benzerlik ve farklılık yönleri ele alınmıştır. Peşinden icmanın haberi vahidin nakli ile sabit olup olmayacağı, icmanın oluşumunun engellenip engellenmeyeceği, icma olarak kabul edilmeyenler ve icmayı inkar edenlere Gazalinin cevabı, dönemin bitmesi, dönem sona erdiğinde icmanın bozulup bozulmayacağı hususunda icmayı inkar edenlere Gazali'nin cevap verme yöntemi ele alınmış ve son olarak her bir meselede görüşler tartışılmıştır. Sonuç kısmında konu özetlenecek ve ulaşılan başlıca sonuçlar zikredilecektir.

The aim of our thesis is to examine the subject of Consensus according to Imam Ghazali and his views on this subject in fiqh. The title of our thesis is (Consensus/Icma According to Imam Ghazali) and in our research, the opinions of the scholars of Fıqh on the subject will be studied, the fiqh method will be studied according to Imam Ghazali, discussing in terms of method, and then the points of disagreement and agreement between them and the preferred view on the issue will be explained. The thesis consists of an introduction, three main parts and a conclusion, and the first chapter is titled as Imam Ghazali's life. In this section, Imam Ghazali's name, his ancestry, upbringing, family, entering the path of science, teachers, his teaching, students, his period, works, creed and death are discussed. The second chapter carries the title of ijma/ Consensus according to the scholars, and in this chapter, the definition of ijma, its principles, conditions, its evidence and verdict are discussed. The title of the third chapter is ijma according to Imam Ghazali, and in this chapter, the definition of ijma according to him and the others of scholars, then the similarities and differences between their definitions are discussed. Afterwards, Ghazali's method of answering those who deny ijma about whether the news of ijma will be formed by the narration of the khabar wahid, whether the formation of ijma will be prevented or not, to those who are not accepted it as ijma and who deny ijma, whether ijma will be broken when the term ends, are discussed. Views on each issue are discussed. In the conclusion part, the thesis will be summarized and the main results will be mentioned.
