Özet
Bu doktora tez çalışması; iş zekası sistemlerinin olgunluğuna dair kriterlerin ortaya konması ve lojistik sektöründeki kurumlarda kullanılmakta olan bilişim sistemlerinin buna göre değerlendirilmesi için gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun için ilk önce literatür taraması yapılmış ve iş zekası sistemlerinin olgunluğunun bilişim sistemleri başarı faktörleri ile BT-stratejik uyumluluk faktörlerine bağlı olduğu ve bunların kurumsal zeka'ya sunduğu katkıya göre değerlendirilebileceği ortaya konmuştur. Sonrasında merkezi İstanbul ilinde bulunan lojistik sektöründe faaliyet göstermekte olan kurumlardan 360 adet kurum yöneticisine ulaşılmış ve anket yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Araştırma neticesinde elde edilen birinci sonuç, bilişim sistemleri başarısı itibariyle yeterli düzeyde olan sistemlerin, tepkide çabukluk ve öngörülerde bulunma faktörleri hariç, kurumsal zeka faktörleri için yeterli katkıyı sağlayabildiği görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte; bilişim sistemlerinin kurumsal dinamiklerle karşılıklı ve çok yönlü uyumunun elde edilmesi ile BT başarısının kurumsal zekaya daha ciddi katkılar sunabildiği tespit edilmiştir.

This doctoral thesis study was carried out to determine the criteria for the maturity of business intelligence systems and to evaluate the information systems used in institutions in the logistics sector accordingly. Due to the fact that, firstly, a literature review was first made and it was revealed that the maturity of“business intelligence”systems depends on information systems success factors and IT-strategic align factors and can be evaluated according to their contribution to corporate intelligence. Afterwards, 360 institution managers from the institutions operating in the logistics sector, headquartered in Istanbul, were reached and the survey method was applied. The first result obtained in the research is that systems with sufficient level of information systems success can provide sufficient contribution to corporate intelligence factors, except for the factors of rapid in action and foresights. Also; It has been determined that IT success can make more serious contributions to corporate intelligence by achieving mutual and versatile harmony of information systems with corporate dynamics.
