Özet
Şiddetin kollarından biri olan kadına şiddette de şiddetin psikolojik sebep ve sonuçlarına rastlanmaktadır. Pek çok araştırmada şiddetin psikolojiye etkisinin, uzun dönemli depresyona, ileride şiddet sonucu doğurabilecek bozukluklara yol açtığı gözlemlenmiştir. İstanbul Sözleşmesi'nin 2014'te yürürlüğe konulması ve aynı dönem Türkiye'nin kadına şiddetle mücadeleye yönelik pek çok çalışma başlatmasının ardından mücadelenin bu alandaki kamu politikalarına yansıması da incelenmesi gereken bir alan olmuştur. Psiko-sosyal destek mekanizmalarının, rehberlik hizmetlerinin ne derece etkin olduğu, kadına şiddetle mücadelenin seyrine ne gibi bir ivme kattığı araştırmamızın temel konusudur. Çalışmamız sonucunda psiko-sosyal destek mekanizmalarının son derece önemli olduğu ancak Türkiye'nin kadına şiddetle mücadele çalışmalarının amacı ve ruhuyla örtüşemediği, şiddetle mücadelede düşünülen etkinliği oluşturmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılarak destek birimleri açısından bulgular değerlendirmeye çalışılmıştır. Destek hizmetlerinde aksaklık ve eksiklikler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Destek merkezlerine de şiddetle mücadeleye katkı sağlayacak geliştirici ve yenileyici faaliyetler önerilmiştir.

As it is known, in violence against women, which is one of the branches of violence, psychological causes and consequences of violence are encountered. As a result of many studies, it has been observed that the effect of violence on psychology causes both long-term depression and disorders that may result in violence in the future. After the Istanbul Convention was put into effect in 2014 and Turkey started many studies on combating violence against women at that time, its reflection on public policies in this area has also become an area that needs to be examined. The effectiveness of psycho-social support mechanisms and guidance services and how they accelerate the course of the struggle is the main subject of our research. As a result, it is thought that psycho-social support mechanisms are very important, but they do not match the purpose and spirit of the studies and do not create the expected effectiveness. The relevant literature was examined and tried to be evaluated in terms of support units. The problems in the support centers were tried to be investigated and it was determined that there were problems and deficiencies in the support services. Developing and regenerative activities that will contribute to the fight against violence have been proposed to the support centers.
