Özet
02ET Bu çalışmada, Dr. Behçet Uz Çocuk Hastanesi, Tepecik Göğüs Hastanesi ve Hatay Askeri Hastanede görev yapan 128 hemşirenin bazı psikososyal değişkenlere göre insan doğasına ilişkin tutumları incelenmiştir. Ölçüm aracı olarak Wrightsman'ın (1974) İnsan Doğası Felsefesi Ölçeği (Philosofy of Human Nature) ve katılımcılara ait bireysel ve ailevi bilgiler edinmek için geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. İlk bölümde; giriş, problem, amaç, öne, sayıltılar, sınırlılıklar ve tanımlara yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın ikinci bölümünde; insan doğası kavramı tanımlanmış, felsefede ve psikolojide insan doğası kavramı kuramsal olarak açıklanmış ve konuyla ilgili yurt içinde ve yurt dışında yapılan araştırmalara yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; araştırma modelinin tanıtımı, örnekleminin özellikleri, kullanılan ölçeğin niteliği, kişisel bilgi formu, uygulama ve araştırmada kullanılan istatistiksel tekniklere yer verilmiştir. Verilerin test edilmesinde farkların anlamlılığı için“F testi”ve farkın kaynağını belirlemek amacıyla“Scheffe testi”uygulanmıştır. Daha sonra dördüncü bölümde elde edilen bulgular yorumlanarak açıklanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre;. Katılımcılar insan doğasının güvenirlik, özgecilik ve bağımsızlık alt boyutlarını olumsuz olarak değerlendirmişlerdir.. ABSTRACT İn the study.İt is researched that 128 nurses attitudes relating to human nature considering some psychosocisal variables that participants work at Dr. Behçet Uz Child Hospital, Tepecik Chest Hospital and Hatay Millitary Hospital in İzmir. In order to collect data.Wrightsman's (1974) revised version of the Philosophies of Human Nature scale and, personal information qustionaire were employed. In the first chapter of the study, the statement of the problem and the review of the literature were the introduced. Also, the purpose of the study, hypothesis and the limitations were exspressed and the importance of the problem was discussed. Than, theoretical and conceptual dimentions of the human nature discussed. At the same time, the concept“human nature”is explained theoretically. Besides the researches in our country and other countries were summarised in the secand chapter. In the third chapter, the explenation of the research design the characteristics of the sample group; the characteristics of the measurements personal information questionaire; the procedure and the statistical techniques were included. The obtained results were explained and interprated in the fourth chapter. Acording to the obtained results.. The participants the subjects qained low scores in altruism, independence and trustworthiness dimensions of the philosophy of Human Nature Scale.. There is a significant difference between the participants according to their education levels, incomes, mothers education levels, political opinions for evaluations of Wrightman's (1974) Philosophies of Human Nature Scale. V. There no significant point between the panticipants ages, marital status, the sizes of residentral areas where the participants live of the longest time, birth order, father education levels, perceptions of physical attractiveness, perceptions of intelliqence and aptitude for their evulations of philosophies of human nature scale. In the last chapter, the results were discussed and made some suqqestions to new researches. VI
