Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulları II.. kademede (6., 7., ve 8. sınıflarda) ders denetim etkinliklerine ilişkin olarak, branş öğretmenleri ile onları denetleyen ilköğretim müfettişlerinin algı ve beklentilerini saptamak, bu algı ve beklentiler arasındaki farklılıkları belirlemektir. Bu amaçla araştırmada, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen ve 57 sorudan oluşan,“Ders Denetim Etkinliklerini Değerlendirme Anketi”kullanılmıştır. Uzman görüşü doğrultusunda geçerliği ve pilot uygulama sonucunda güvenirliği tespit edilen anket, İzmir metropol alanı içerisinde oranlı küme örnekleme yoluyla belirlenen ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan 219 branş öğretmenine ve 91 ilköğretim müfettişine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS WIN programındaki aritmetik ortalama (x), standart sapma (ss), t testi, varyans analizi ve scheffe anlamlılık testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular şunlardır: 1. Ders denetim etkinliklerine ilişkin olarak; a. Branş öğretmenlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında, b. Branş öğretmenlerinin kıdemlerine göre beklenti düzeyleri arasında, c. İlköğretim müfettişlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında, d. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin algıları arasında, e. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin beklentileri arasında, anlamlı düzeyde farklılık vardır. 2. İlköğretim müfettişlerinin rehberlik etkinliklerine ilişkin olarak; a. Branş öğretmenlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında, b. ilköğretim müfettişlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında, c. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin algılan arasında, d. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin beklentileri arasında, e. Branş öğretmenlerinin kıdemlerine göre beklenti düzeyleri arasında, anlamlı düzeyde farklılık vardır. IV3. Ders denetiminde denetim ilkelerinin uygulanmasına ilişkin olarak; a. Branş öğretmenlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında, b. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin algılan arasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılık vardır. 4. Sınıf içi öğretimi değerlendirme etkinliklerine ilişkin olarak; a. Branş öğretmenlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında, b. İlköğretim müfettişlerinin algı ve beklentileri arasında? c. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin algıları arasında, d. İlköğretim müfettişleri ile branş öğretmenlerinin beklentileri arasında, anlamlı düzeyde farklılık vardır.

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions and expectations of branch teachers and the primary education supervisors who supervise these branch teachers concerning the instructional supervision practises at the 20tl phase primary education schools (6.,7., and 8. Classes), and to discover the differences between these perceptions and expectations.“ Instructional Supervision Practices Evaluation Questionnaire ”which consist of 57 items developed by the researcher has been used for this purpose. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested and confirmed by consulting experts and statistic analysis techniques respectively. After administering the questionnaire to 219 branch teachers and 91 supervisors who have been selected by stratified random sampling in the metropolitan area of Izmir. In the analysis of the data obtained from this research, arithmetic mean (x), standard deviation (sd), t test (t), analysis of variance and Scheffe significance test have been used by the help SPSS- WIN package program. The data obtained from this research are as follows; 1. Concerning class inspection activities, there are significant differences, a - between the perceptions and expectations of branch teachers, b - between the expectation levels of branch teachers according to their seniority, c - between the perceptions and expectations of primary education supervisors, d - between the perceptions of primary education supervisors and the branch teachers, e - between the expectations of primary education supervisors and the branch teachers, 2. Concerning the guidance activities of primary education supervisors there are significant differences, a - between the perceptions and expectations of branch teachers, b ' between the perceptions and expectations of primary education supervisors, c - between the perceptions of primary education supervisors and the branch teachers, d - between the expectations of primary education supervisors and branch teachers. VIe - between the expectation levels of branch teachers according to their ranks, 3: Concerning the application of inspection principles in the class-inspection, there are significant differences; a - between the perceptions and expectations of branch teachers b - between the perceptions of primary education supervisors and the branch teachers, 4. Concerning the evaluation of class-teaching activities, there are significant differences; a - between the perceptions and expectations of branch teachers, b - between the perceptions and expectations of primary education supervisors, c - between the perceptions of primary education supervisors and the branch teachers d - between the expectations of primary educations supervisors and the branch teachers vn
