Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin romantik ilişkilerinde güzellik algısı ile ilgili aldatma tutumunun incelenmesidir. Çalışma kesitseldir. İlişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır ve betimsel bir çalışmadır. Örneklem Eylül 2021 – Kasım 2021 arasında oluşturulmuştur. Veri toplama araçları olarak; Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Güzellik Algısı Ölçeği (GAÖ) ve Aldatmaya Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği (AYTÖ) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya yazılı bilgilendirilmiş onamı alınan 391 gönüllü katılımcı dahil edilmiştir. Üniversite öğrencilerinin cinsiyet, yaş, ekonomik durum, ilişki durumu, ebeveyn beraberlik durumu, ebeveyn yetiştirme, uzun süreli ilişki durumu, aldatılma durumu ve aldatma durumlarına göre AYTÖ ve GAÖ puanları arasındaki farklar incelendiğinde, öğrencilerin cinsiyet, ilişki durumu ve ebeveyn beraberlik durumlarına göre AYTÖ puanları arasında ve öğrencilerin yaş, ilişki durumu ve uzun süreli ilişki durumlarına göre GAÖ puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olduğu saptanmıştır. Üniversite öğrencilerinin ölçeklere verdikleri yanıtlar doğrultusunda oluşturulan ölçek toplam puanlarının arasında ilişki olup olmadığı incelenmiş ve sonucunda AYTÖ puanları ile GAÖ puanları arasında anlamlı bir korelasyon olmadığı saptanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın bulgularının ilgili literatüre önemli katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

The aim of this study is to examine the attitude of cheating about the perception of beauty in romantic relationships of university students. The study is cross-sectional. The relational survey model was used and it is a descriptive study. The sample was created between September 2021 and November 2021. As data collection tools; Personal Information Form, Beauty Perception Scale (BPC), and Attitude Towards Cheating Scale (ATCS) were used. A total of 391 volunteer participants, whose written informed consent was obtained, were included in the study. When the differences between ATCS and BPC scores of university students according to gender, age, economic status, relationship status, parental togetherness, parenting, long-term relationship status, cheating and cheating are examined, it is seen that ATCS scores of students according to gender, relationship status and parental togetherness status are examined. It was determined that there was a statistically significant difference between the students BPC scores according to age, relationship status and long-term relationship status. It was examined whether there was a relationship between the total scores of the scales formed in line with the answers given by the university students to the scales, and as a result, it was determined that there was no significant correlation between the ATCS scores and the BPC scores. It is thought that the findings of this study will contribute significantly to the relevant literature.
