Özet
Bilişim teknolojilerinin yaygınlaşma sürecinin hız kazanmasıyla, insanlık sürekli olarak bu teknolojilerle etkileşim içinde zorunlu olarak kalmaktadır. Bu durum hayatın her alanını etkilemekle birlikte, çalışma ortamlarında farklılıkların ve yeniliklerin yaşanmasına sebep olmaktadır. Çalışma hayatındaki iş süreçlerinin daha verimli yapılmasına katkıda bulunan bilişim teknolojileri işgörenlerde teknostres oluşturabilmektedir. Bilginin hızlı şekilde yayıldığı günümüzde kişilere oldukça bilişim yüklenmesinin sonucunda meydana gelen bir stres çeşidi olarak tanımlanan teknostres, örgütlerin her geçen gün bilişim teknolojilerine bağımlı kalması sonucunda ortaya çıkan teknolojik değişimlere işgörenlerin; fiziksel, davranışsal, psikolojik ve benzeri durumlara adaptasyon sağlayamaması olarak ifade edilmektedir. İşgörenlerin bireysel iş performansları, örgütlerin rekabet gücünde önemli bir faktör niteliği taşıyabilmektedir. İşgörenlerin örgütlerde aldığı sorumluluklar ve bilişim teknolojisindeki gelişmelerden dolayı oluşan teknostres, işgörenlerin bireysel iş perfromanslarını da çoğunlukta negatif yönde etkileyebilmektedir. Bundan dolayı örgütlerin teknostres karşısında bilinçlenmeleri, stresi yönetebilmeleri ve stresi minimum düzeyde tutmak için ve işgörenlerin bireysel iş performanslarını arttırabilmek için gerekli önlemleri almaları bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmanın amacı güncel bir uyum hastalığı biçiminde nitelendirilen teknostresin, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının bireysel iş performanslarına etkisini demografik özellikler açısından incelemektir. TURMOB'a bağlı İstanbul ilinde çalışan muhasebe meslek mensupları çalışmamızın araştırma hedef kitlesini oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaçla demografik özellikler ile teknostres ve bireysel iş performansı soruları arasında ilişkiler belirlenmiş ve bireysel iş performansı üzerindeki etkiler açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.

They will go with the speed of widespread use in information technologies, and they will stay in the world with these technologies. While this develops in their situational experiences, it is the occasion of the work environment and innovations. Technostress can be created in information technology employees in making the work in working life more efficient. Technostres for a computer technology consisting of an objective computer screen since information spreads rapidly, applications for food technology consisting of tools used to benefit from daylight from the result; behavioral is expressed in a way that cannot adapt to exemplary behaviors. The job performance of the employees can be a factor profile in providing competitive advantage. Technostress, which consists of responsibilities and goals in information technology in the design of employees in organizations, are the employees of the employees. Therefore, technostress designs are needed to manage stress and keep stress to a minimum, and to bring employees to take what is necessary to improve job performance. In this context, technostress for an up-to-date compliance assessment, which is everyone's goal, is to measure the assessments of professional accountants' job performances. Accountants working in the province of Istanbul, affiliated with TURMOB, constitute the research target group of our study. For this purpose, we tried to explain job performance and elaboration between demographics and technostress and job performance studies.
