Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Kur'ân'ın lafız-mana bakımından aidiyetini, güncel tartışmalar çerçevesinde tahlil etmek suretiyle sistematik bir şekilde ortaya koymaktır. Müslümanların kâhir ekseriyeti, Kur'ân'ın hem lafız hem de mana itibariyle Allah'a ait olduğu hususunda hemfikirdir. Bununla beraber bazı Ulûmu'l-Kur'ân eserlerinde bu konuda üç görüşün olabileceği zikredilmiştir. Bu görüşlerden birisi olan Kur'ân'ın mana bakımından Allah'a, lafız bakımından Hz. Peygamber'e ait olduğu iddiası, yakın zamanda gündem olarak güncel bir konu haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Kur'ân'ı lafız bakımından Hz. Peygamber'e nisbet eden bu iddia başta olmak üzere Kur'ân'ın lafız-mana keyfiyeti hususunda ileri sürülen görüşler, tefsir kaynaklarındaki bilgilerle mukayese edilerek tahlil edilmiştir. Kur'ân lafızlarını Hz. Peygamber'e veyahut da Cebrail'e atfeden görüşlerin delillerinin klasik tefsir literatüründe bir karşılığının olmadığı görülmüştür. Geleneksel telakkide Kur'ân'ın lafzı ve manasıyla Allah'a ait olduğu görüşünün kabul edildiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of this study is to reveal the Qur'ān's belonging in terms of wording and meaning in a systematic way by analyzing it within the framework of current debates. The overwhelming majority of Muslims agree that the Qur'ān belongs to Allah both in wording and in meaning. However, in some Ulumu'l-Qur'ān works, it has been mentioned that there may be three views on this subject. The Qur'ān, which is one of these views, refers to Allah in terms of meaning and The claim that it belongs to the Prophet has recently become a current issue on the agenda. In this study, The opinions put forward about the wording-meaning quality of the Qur'an, especially this claim attributing it to the Prophet, have been analyzed by comparing them with the information in the tafsir sources. The words of the Qur'ān It has been seen that the evidences of the views attributed to the Prophet or Gabriel do not have a counterpart in the classical tafsir literature. In the traditional view, it has been concluded that the view that the Qur'ān belongs to Allah with its wording and meaning is accepted.
