Özet
Bu araştırma, profesyonel müzik eğitimi verilen kurumlarda“ana dal”viyolonsel öğrencisi seçimi, öğrenciye uygun çalgının seçimi ve viyolonsel çalıcısının fiziksel farklılıkların viyolonsel icrası üzerindeki etkilerine ilişkin viyolonsel öğretim elemanı görüşlerinin ortaya konulması açısından yapılan genel tarama modelinde durum saptamaya yönelik betimsel bir çalışmadır. Alan yazında çalgı seçimi ile bireysel farklılıkların viyolonsel icrası üzerindeki etkisiyle ilgili çalışmaya rastlanmaması dikkat çekmektedir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu profesyonel (mesleki) müzik eğitimi veren farklı kurumlarda görev yapan 25 viyolonsel eğitimcisi (viyolonsel öğretmeni, öğretim elemanı ve sanatçı/eğitimci) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; profesyonel (mesleki) viyolonsel eğitimi verilen kurumlara öğrenci seçimi yapılırken göz önünde bulundurulan bir takım fiziksel özellikler olsa da öğrencilerin“sevgi-ilgi”faktörlerinin fiziksel dezavantajlarının önüne geçilebileceği, viyolonsel öğretmenlerinin farklı boyuttaki çalgılarla ilgili bilgi sahibi olduğu fakat detaylı bilgiler ve viyolonsel modelleriyle ilgili yeterli bilgi sahibi olmadığı düşüncesinin hâkim olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Konuya ilişkin, daha donanımlı eğitimcilerin liderliğinde hali hazırda viyolonsel öğretmenliği yapan bireylere ve viyolonsel öğretmeni adaylarına hizmet içi eğitim verilmesi, viyolonsel eğitiminde geleneksel olarak usta çırak ilişkisiyle edinilmiş viyolonsel öğrencisi, modeli ve boyutuna ilişkin seçimleri konusundaki bilgilerin bilimsel bir veriye dönüştürülmesi, çalgı eğitiminin bireysel olması sebebiyle her öğrencinin bireysel farklılıkları konusunda duyarlı olunması, lüthiyer ve viyolonsel öğretmenleri ile yapılacak uluslararası bir araştırma sonucunda rehber kitap hazırlanması, önerilmektedir.

This research is a survey study aimed at determining the situation in the general screening model, in terms of revealing the views of the cello instructor regarding the selection of“major”cello students, the selection of the appropriate instrument for the student, and the effects of the physical differences of the cello player on the cello performance in professional music education institutions. It is noteworthy that there is no study in the literature on the effect of instrument selection and individual differences on cello performance. The study group of the research consists of 25 cello instructors (cello instructor, lecturer and artist/educator) working in different institutions providing professional music education. As a result of the research, Although there are some physical features that are taken into consideration when selecting students for professional cello education institutions, the physical disadvantages of the“love & interest”factors of the students can be avoided, cello teachers have knowledge about instruments of different sizes, but detailed information and sufficient information about cello models. It turns out that the idea that he does not own is dominant. Providing in-service training to individuals who are currently teaching cello and cello teacher candidates under the leadership of better equipped educators on the subject, transforming the information about the selection of the cello student, model and size traditionally acquired through master-apprentice relationship in cello education, into scientific data, and due to the individuality of instrument training. It is recommended to be sensitive about the individual differences of each student, and to prepare a guide book as a result of an international research with luthiers and cello instructors.
