Özet
Bu çalışmada, İbrâhîm Enîs'in kelime türetim yöntemleri ve i`râb ile alakalı Min esrâri'l-luga kitabında zikrettiği görüşleri incelenecektir. Bu konunun seçilmesinin birkaç sebebi vardır. Bunlardan ilki, İbrâhîm Enîs hakkında ülkemizde yapılan sadece bir tez çalışması ve bir ansiklopedi makalesinin olmasıdır. İkincisi ise kelime türetim yöntemleri hakkında genel bir araştırma yapıp, gerekli yerlerde Türkçe karşılıklarına değinip, bu konuda uzman biri olan Enîs'in görüşleri çerçevesinde bu yöntemleri irdeleyip alana katkı sağlamaktır. Üçüncüsü ise i`râb alametlerine farklı bir bakış açısıyla bakan Enîs'in görüşlerini inceleyip, tam olarak hangi noktada durduğunu tespit edebilmektir. Yapılan bu çalışma başlığından da anlaşılacağı üzere 3 ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde İbrâhîm Enîs hakkında ulaşılabilen bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Bu bağlamda daha önce okunan tez ve makalelerde, özellikle de ailesi hakkında, rastlanılmayan bilgilere ulaşılmaya çalışılmış; akademik ve idâri yönlerine değinilmiştir. Bu yönlerini hakkında bilgi verilirken, onu anmak için yapılan konferanslarda öğrencilerinin, akrabalarının ve hocalarının söylemlerinden elde edilen birinci elden veriler kullanılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise kelime türetim yöntemlerine yer verilmiş ve her yöntemin kendi içerisinde yaşamış olduğu tarihsel gelişim sürecinden bahsedilip, Enîs'in bu konulardaki görüşleri aktarılmıştır. Onun görüşlerinin yanı sıra kelime türetim yöntemlerinin Türk dilindeki karşılıklarına da yer verilmiş; yer yer İbraniceden de faydalanılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise i`râb konusuna ele alınmış, Enîs'in bu konudaki lehçebilim ve sesbilim çalışmalarından yola çıkarak ortaya koymuş olduğu yeni sistemin adımları tek tek incelenmiştir. Yine bu bölümde de ikinci bölümde olduğu gibi İbraniceden ve Türkçeden faydalanılmıştır. Konuların işlenmesinde kronolojik sürece dikkat edilmiş ve Enîs tarafından kitabında dipnotta verilmeyen kaynaklar tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Her iki bölümde de Enîs'in görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi yapılmış ve onun hakkında verilen yanlış bilgiler de düzeltilmiştir.

In this study, the word derivation methods written by Ibrāhīm Anīs in his book Min esrār al-luga and his views on irab will be examined. There are several reasons for choosing this topic. The first one is that there is only one thesis written about Ibrāhīm Anīs and one encyclopedia article written about him in our country The second one is to make a general research on word derivation methods, to mention Turkish equivalents where necessary, and to contribute to the field by examining these methods through the framework of the views of Anīs, who is an expert on this subject. The third one is to examine the views of Anīs, who looks at the signs of irab from different perspective, and to determine exactly where he stands. As it understood from this study's topic, it consists of three fundamental parts. In the first chapter, the information which could be reached about Ibrāhīm Anīs is given. In this context, it was tried to get the information which was not found in the theses and articles read before, especially about his family and it was mentioned his academic and administrative aspects. While giving information about these aspects, from the conferences held to commemorate him, the data obtained from the discources of his students, relatives and teachers were used. In the second part, word generation methods are included and the historical development process of each method is mentioned, and Anīs' views on these issues are given. In addition to his views, Turkish equivalents of word derivation methods are also included and Hebrew is also used from time to time. In the third chapter, the subject of i`râb is discussed, and the steps of the new system that Ibrāhīm Anīs has put forward based on his dialectology and phonetics studies are examined one by one. Again, in this section, as in the previous section, Hebrew and Turkish were used. Attention was paid to the chronological process in the processing of the subjects, and sources that were not given in the footnotes by Anīs in his book were identified. In both sections, Anīs' views were evaluated and the wrong information given about him was corrected.
