Özet

Teknolojik gelişmeler, endüstri devrimleri ve buna bağlı tüm sosyal sistemleri etkilemiştir. Bu etkinin ilk etapta tanımlanması, belirlenmesi; belirlendikten sonra tüm boyutları ile ona uygun eğitim sistemlerinin öne çıkması gerekir. Son endüstri 4.0 devrimi ve bunun sosyal düzeni olan toplum 5.0'ın eğitime etkisi literatürde eğitim 4.0 olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, eğitim 4.0 ve bileşenleri ile ilgili 12. sınıf öğrencilerinin mevcut durumunu ortaya çıkarmak, değerlendirme yapmak, eğitim 4.0 boyutlarının çeşitli değişkenlere göre (cinsiyet, okul türü, branş, kıdem, mezuniyet, ekonomik durum, öğrenim durumu) anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğini araştırmaktır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel araştırma türündeki survey (alan taraması) modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni Amasya ilidir. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise Amasya Merkez ve Suluova ilçesinden seçkisiz (random) örnekleme yöntemlerinden basit seçkisiz örnekleme ile seçilen Amasya Merkez ve Suluova ilçelerinde öğrenim gören 12. sınıf öğrencileri, veliler ve lise kademesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada öğrencilere, öğretmenlere ve velilere“Eğitim 4.0 Boyutları Farkındalık Düzeyi Belirleme Ölçme Aracı”uygulanmıştır. Ölçme aracı çalışmasına 524 12. sınıf öğrencisi, 263 öğretmen ve 235 veli katılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizleri SPSS istatistik programı ile yapılmıştır. Katılımcılardan öğrenci ve velilerin en düşük düzeyde gördükleri boyut öğrenci katılımlı müfredat olurken, öğretmenlerin en düşük gördüğü boyut kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme boyutu olmuştur. Zamana ve mekana bağlı olmayan eğitim boyutunda öğrencilerde cinsiyete göre; kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme boyutunda öğretmenlerde cinsiyete göre, velilerde ekonomik duruma göre; öğrenim esnekliği boyutunda öğrencilerde cinsiyete, okul türüne göre, velilerde ekonomik duruma göre; proje bazlı öğrenme (maker) boyutunda öğrencilerde okul türüne göre, öğretmenlerde kıdeme göre; veri yorumla boyutunda öğretmenlerde cinsiyete göre; geleneksel değerlendirme yerine sürekli izleme boyutunda velilerde ekonomik duruma göre; öğrenci katılımlı müfredat boyutunda velilerde cinsiyete göre; rehberlik odaklı boyutta öğretmenlerde branşa göre; değerler eğitimi boyutunda öğretmenlerde branşa göre anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur.

Technological advancements have affected industrial revolutions and all the social systems related to it. This impact, at first, is needed to be described and determined. Then, education systems with all their dimensions which are suitable to this effect should be revealed. The influence of last industrial 4.0 revolution and its social order, society 5.0 on education is called education 4.0 in the literature. The purpose of this research is to find out the current situation of the 12th Graders with regard to education 4.0 and its components and to make an evaluation by determining whether the dimensions of education 4.0 show any meaningful difference in terms of several variables (gender, type of school, branch, seniority, graduation, economic status and educational level) or not. Survey model (field scanning) which is one of the quantitative research methods and a descriptive research type is used in this research. The study universe of this research is the province of Amasya. The research sample, which is decided on in accordance with simple random sampling which is one of the random sampling methods, consists of Grade 12 students who are attending schools in the districts of Amasya Merkez and Suluova, their parents and teachers working at high schools in the same districts.“The Assessment Instrument for Determining the Level of Awareness in Education 4.0 Dimensions”is applied to students, parents and teachers. 524 Grade 12 students, 263 teachers and 235 parents have involved in the assessment instrument study. The gathered data are analyzed with the help of SPSS statistics program. While for students and parents, the lowest graded dimension is curriculum with student participation, for teachers, it is the dimension of individualized learning. Meaningful differences are found in the dimension of education which is not connected to time and space in terms of gender for students; in the dimension of individualized learning in terms of gender for teachers and in terms of economic condition for parents; in the dimension of educational flexibility in terms of gender and type of school for students and in terms of economic condition for parents; in the dimension of project based learning (maker) in terms of type of school for students, in terms of seniority for teachers; in the dimension of data interpretation in terms of gender for teachers; in the dimension of continuous monitoring instead of traditional evaluation in terms of economic condition for parents; in the dimension of curriculum with student participation in terms of gender for parents; in the counseling focused dimension in terms of branch; in the dimension of values education in terms of branch for teachers.
