Özet
Kur'ân'da yer alan konulardan birisi de kıssalardır. Kıssalarda iyi ve kötü insanların durumu anlatılarak iyiler örnek gösterilmektedir. Kur'ân'da bahsedilen kıssalardan Hz. Musa ve Karun kıssası Kasas sûresinde yer almaktadır. Kasas sûresinde Hz. Mûsâ'nın Mısır'da geçen çocukluğu, peygamberliği, ona inananları Mısır'dan çıkarması ve Firavun ile mücadelesi anlatılmaktadır. Ayrıca maddi güce dayanıp üstünlük taslayanların akıbetinin nasıl olduğu Kârûn kıssasında yer verilmektedir. Sûrenin son âyetlerinde Allah'tan başka hiçbir ilahın olmadığı vurgulanmakla birlikte herşeyin Allah'a döneceği belirtilerek sûre son bulmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Kasas sûresini Esbâb-ı Nüzûl ve Münâsebâtu'l-Kur'ân ilim yöntemleri ile incelemektedir. Çalışmanın hedefi ise Kasas sûresinin âyetlerinin sebeb-i nüzûllerini tespit ederek âyetler arası münâsebeti araştırıp sureyi ele almaktır. Çalışmamız, giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında tezimizin konusu önemi ve yönteminden bahsedilmektedir. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde sebeb-i nüzûl ilmi ve sebeb-i nüzûlün niteliği, Kasas Sûresi ile ilgili genel bilgiler ve Kasas Sûresinin sebeb-i nüzûlü verilmektedir. İkinci bölümde münâsebet ilminden ve âyetler arasında bulunan münasebetten, Kasas sûresinin âyetlerinin tefsirine ve Kasas sûresinin âyetlerinden çıkarılan sonuçlar açısından konu ele alınmaktadır.

One of the subjects in the Qur'an is the parable. In parables, the situation of good and bad people is explained and the good ones are exemplified. One of the parables mentioned in the Qur'an, the parable of Moses and Karun, is located in kasas surah. The Surah of Kasas describes Moses' childhood in Egypt, his prophecy, his expulsion of those who believed in him from Egypt, and his struggle with Pharaoh. In addition, the fate of those who rely on and brag about material power is included in the Karûn parable. In the last verses of the surah, the conquest of Mecca is stated, and thus the Messenger of God is comforted; it is emphasized that there is no god other than Allah, and the surah ends by saying that everything will return to God. This study examines the Kasas sūrah with the methods of Esbâb-ı Nuzûl and Münâsebâtu'l-Qur'an. The study aims to determine the reasons for the verses of the Kasas sūrah and investigate the relationship between the verses and deal with the sura. Our study consists of an introduction and two parts. In the introduction, the subject of our thesis is mentioned in its importance and method. In the first part of our study, general information about the cause-i-sinny science and the nature of the cause-and-reason, the Surah of Kasas, and the cause of the Kasas Surah are given. In the second part, the subject is discussed in terms of the science of relations and the relationship between the verses, the interpretation of the verses of the Kasas sūrah, and the conclusions drawn from the verses of the Kasas sūrah.
