Özet

Cash flow is one of the important tools for the survival of the businesses. When the size of the enterprises gets smaller and the businesses are in seasonal industries, management of cash flow becomes harder. Therefore, efficient cash management techniques are required for SMEs. In this research, the aim is exploring attributes of good cash flow management in SMEs in Turkey. Cash flow management system of a SME in flour industry is examined for better understanding of cash flow management and seasonality effects. Accounting department of case company is interviewed for the results of the research. Then, these findings are compared with literatures.
