Özet
Dil bir iletişim aracıdır, bu görevi ile sadece iki kişi arasında iletişim kurmakla kalmaz, aynı zamanda kimlik ve kültür iletişimini de sağlar. Dil canlı bir araçtır, dolayısıyla değişkendir. Bu çalışmada dil değişiminin sonucu olan dillerin ölümü ve yok olması üzerinde durulmuştur. Dilin durumu, dil ile ilgili her türlü unsuru etkiler. Dilin ölümü ve tehlikeye girmesiyle birlikte dil ile ilgili birçok ilim, kültür ve diğer şeyler de tehlikeye girmekte veya ölmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu soruna bir çözüm bulunması egerekiyor; Dillerin calandırılması yöntemi bu çözümlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada dillerin yok olma ve tehlikede olma sebepleri üzerinde durulmuş ve dillerin tehlike durumuna göre sınıflandırılması yapılmıştır. Bunlarla birlikte, bu dil durumuna bir çözüm olarak dillerin canlandırılması yöntemi tanıtılmıştır. Bu yöntem önce anlamı, amacı ve önemi açısından tanıtılmış, ardından dil ihyasının ideolojisi ve tutumları, dil ihyasının motîvasyonları ve dil ihya planları belirlenerek bu yöntem etraflıca tanıtılmıştır. Hawar dergisi, Kürtçenin standartlaştırılması ve daha pek çok konudaki etkisi nedeniyle özel bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışma aynı zamanda dil egeri kazanım yöntemine göre Hawar ve Hawar'daki hareketleri değerlendirecektir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Hawar'ı dillerin canlandırlaması yöntemiyle değerlendirmektir. Bu değerlendirme ile Haver'in dilin ihyasına örnek olup olmadığı ve Hawar'ın Kurmanci dilini ihya etme görevini üstlenip üstlenmediği tespit edilmektedir. Bu çalışma, Hawar'ın dili canlandırma görevini üstlendiği ve bir dil canlandırma projesi olarak çalıştığı inancına dayanmaktadır. Hawar doğrudan dillerin ölümünden ve Kürtlerin durumundan ve son olarak dilin dirilişinden bahsetti. Hawar'ın planı, yöntemi ve muhtevası bu eserin inandırıcılığını pekiştirmektedir. Bu nedenle Hawar, dil kurtarma yönteminin tüm yönleriyle değerlendirilecektir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi, bilgi ve zorunlu bölümlerin birleştirilmesidir. Ana kaynaklarda dil egeri kazanım yöntemi için birçok farklı bölüm ve alan tanımlanmış ancak bu çalışma için seçilen örnek nedeniyle zorunlu alan ve bölümler Hawar'a göre seçilmiştir. Bu seçimlerle her konu farklı kaynaklarda doğrulanmış ve açıklamaları bu şekilde yapılmıştır. Diğer diller için neler yapıldığını ve bu yöntem için örneklerin neler olduğunu görmek için literatür incelenmiştir. Daha sonra Hawar Dergisi tek tek okunarak dil egeri kazanım yöntemine göre değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirmede bunun çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak yapıldığı, çalışmanın göstermek istediği noktaların uygulanmasında derinleştiği yönünde dönüşler oldu. Bu eser, Hawar'dan yaptığı alıntılarda kaynak dile müdahale etmemiş, doğrudan alıntı yapmıştır. Bu çalışma sayesinde dil kurtarma yöntemi tüm yönleriyle bilinecek ve daha birçok konuda kullanılabilecektir. Hatta bu yöntemin bilinciyle nesli tükenmekte olan veya ölmekte olan dillerin geliştirilmesine yönelik plan ve projeler hayata geçirilebilir. Bu yöntem, dilin durumundan endişe duyanlar ve dilini geliştirmek isteyenler için bir kurtuluş gibidir. Bu çalışmanın teorik kısmı geniş bir alandır ve birçok çalışmaya uygundur. Bu sayede diğer çalışmaların da önünü açmaktadır. Dil çalışmalarını bu yönteme göre değerlendirmek ve dil planları ve projeleri oluşturmak mümkündür. Bu çalışma ile dillerin ölümü, nedenleri ve dillerin seviyeleri literatür boşluğu vb. tamamlandı. Bu eser Kürt edebiyatında dilbilim alanında yerini almıştır. Bu çalışmayla birlikte bu literatüre dillerin durumuna ilişkin yeni bir çerçeve daha eklenmiştir. Bu sayede bir dil tehdit altında olduğunda onu kurtaracak çözümler bu çalışmanın içinde yer almaktadır.

Language is a tool of communication; its task is not only communication between two people but also provides communicate of identity and culture. Language is a dynamic, therefore it is changeable. In this work, the result of language change has been focused on, which is the death and endanegerment of languages. The stuation of the language affects all kinds of elements related to the language. With the death and endanegerment of the language, many sciences, culture and other things related to the language are endanegered or die. Therefore, a solution to this problem is needed; the language revitalization method is one of those solutions. In this work, the reasons for the death and endanegerment of languages have been focused on and the classification of languages has been determined according to the state of endanegerment. With this demonstration, the language revitalization method has been introduced as a solution to this language situation. This method has been introduced first from the point of view of its meaning, purpose and importance, and then by identifying the ideology and attitudes of language revitalization, the motivations of language revitalization and the plans of language revitalization, this method has been thoroughly introduced. Hawar magazine has a special place due to its influence on Kurdish standardization and many other issues. This work will also evaluate Hawar and movements in Hawar according to the language recovery method. The purpose of this work is to evaluate Hawar with the language recovery method. With this evaluation, it should be determined whether Hawar can be an example for the revitalizaion of the language and whether Hawar has taken on the task of reviving the Kurmanji language or not. This work is based on the belief that Hawar has undertaken the task of revitalizing the language and has worked as a language revitalization project. Hawar directly talked about the death of languages and about the Kurdish situation and finally about the revitalization of the language. The plan, method and content of Hawar strengthen the credibility of this work. Therefore, Hawar will be evaluated from all aspects of the language recovery method. The method of this work is to combine information and mandatory parts. In the main sources, many different parts and fields have been defined for the method of language recovery, but due to the example chosen for this work, mandatory fields and parts were chosen according to Hawar. With these choices, each topic was confirmed in different sources and their descriptions were made in that way. The literature was studied to see what has been done for other languages and what are the examples for this method. Then Hawar Magazine was read one by one and evaluated according to the language recovery method. In the evaluation, there was a return that this has been done according to the purpose of the work that the work has deepened in the implementation of the points it wants to show. This work did not interfere with the source language in its quotations from Hawar, it quoted directly. Through this work, the language recovery method will be known in all its aspects and it will be able to be used for many other issues. Even with the awareness of this method, plans and projects for the development of endanegered or dying languages can be implemented. This method is like a salvation for those who are worried about the state of the language and want to improve their language. The theoretical part of this work is a broad field and is suitable for many works. In this way, it paves the way for other works. It is possible to evaluate the language works according to this method and establish language plans and projects. With this work, there is a gap in the description of the death of languages, its causes and levels of languages, etc. were completed. This work took its place in the field of linguistics in Kurdish literature. With this work, a new framework on the state of languages was added to this literature. In this way, when a language is under threat, solutions to save it are included in this work.
