Özet
Çalışmada yüz yüze eğitim döneminde Covid-19 hastalığı geçiren hemşirelik öğrencilerinin deneyimlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Fenomenolojik tasarlanan çalışmanın örneklem seçiminde kartopu yöntemi kullanarak toplam 11 hemşirelik öğrencisi dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmada sosyodemografik özellikleri de kapsayan öğrencilerin deneyimlerini öğrenme doğrultusunda hazırlanan ve on bir açık uçlu sorudan oluşan görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanması telefon görüşmesi ile ortalama 30 dakika sürelerinde derinlemesine görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak ses kaydı ile gerçekleşmiştir. Araştırmanın analizinde MAXQDA 2022 programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi betimsel ve ilişkisel analiz yöntemiler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada sonucunda 3 tema, 9 kategori, 33 kod ve 17 alt kod elde edilmiştir. Araştırma temaları a. Covid-19 teması (kategoriler: düşünceler, öğrenimler, aşıya karşı duygular, test sonucu bekleme, hastalık süreci), b. Eğitim süreci teması (kategoriler: eğitime etki ve teknoloji), c. Mesleki uygulama ve değerler teması (kategoriler: klinik zorlukları ve fiziksel-psikolojik etkiler) belirlenmiştir. İlişkisel analiz sonucu katılımcılar korku/endişe ile ilgili görüş bildirirken aynı zamanda teknolojiye erişimde ve online eğitimde yaşanan aksaklıklar ile ilgili de görüş bildirmişlerdir. Çalışma sonucunda katılımcıların olumlu ve olumsuz deneyimlerinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada zorunlu online eğitime geçiş durumlarında gerekli eğitim ekipmanı desteğinin sağlanması ve Covid-19 geçirmiş öğrencilere psiko-sosyal desteğin sağlanması gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

In this study, it was aimed to examine the experiences of nursing students who had Covid-19 disease during the face-to-face education period. A total of 11 nursing students using the snowball method were included in the sample selection of the phenomenological designed study. In the study, an interview form consisting of eleven open-ended questions was used, which was prepared in line with learning the experiences of the students including sociodemographic characteristics. The collection of the data was carried out by voice recording using the in-depth interview method for an average of 30 minutes with a telephone call. In the analysis of the study, MAXQDA 2022 program was used. Descriptive and relational analysis methods were used to evaluate the data. As a result of the research, 3 themes, 9 categories, 33 codes and 17 subcodes were obtained. Research themes a. Covid-19 theme (categories: thoughts, learnings, feelings towards the vaccine, waiting for a test result, disease process), b. Educational process theme (categories: impact on education and technology), c. The theme of professional practice and values (categories: clinical difficulties and physical-psychological impacts) was determined. As a result of the relational analysis, the participants expressed opinions about fear/anxiety and also expressed opinions about the disruptions in access to technology and online education. As a result of the study, the participants had positive and negative experiences. In the study, it is thought that the necessary educational equipment support should be provided in cases of transition to compulsory online education and psycho-social support should be provided to students who have had Covid-19.
